Our catalog includes copyrights from 1993 to the present (our prior interests having been sold to EMI) and is administered by Sony/ATV. There are a number of unique aspects to our Sony/ATV agreement: 1. The admin fee charged to us by Sony/ATV is very low-- only 10%, because at the time of making our deal, we opted for a low fee in lieu of an advance. However, with the growth and success of our catalog, we now receive an annual advance and a low fee. 2. We were able to negotiate a provision that allows us to pitch and/or service license requests ourselves and whenever we do so, they are not entitled to their fee on this income. 3. Because of their relationship with Michael Jackson, we are captive to Sony/ATV. It is my understanding that we are not allowed to shop our administration to a third party publishing company. Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything else I can do for you. Best, Shelly Shelly Bunge Executive Vice President, Music Group Sony Pictures Entertainment 10202 W. Leah,

Per your request, attached is a report of our total publishing revenue for fiscal years 2006-2009. Our catalog includes copyrights from 1993 to the present (our prior interests having been sold to EMI) and is administered by Sony/ATV. There are a number of unique aspects to our Sony/ATV agreement:

    Best,
