Anguilla renowned for its beaches, Watersports and golf is a wonderful coral island in the Caribbean Sea with 33 dazzling white sand beaches and crystal clear waters. Despite its tranquillity there are fabulous hotels and a wide range of good restaurants ranging from simple and informal seaside shacks serving freshly caught fish to grander establishments with

impressive wine lists. The neighbouring island of Saint Martin is a short ferry ride away and St. Barths is close enough by boat or plane for a day trip. The local currency is the Eastern Caribbean dollar (EC) though US dollars are widely accepted.

Climate: is humid and tropical with an expected low of 71.6F (22C) in February and highs of 87.8F (31C) in August.

Sunshine is almost guaranteed year round and the island is considered one of the driest in the Caribbean.

travellers choose to fly to the nearby island of St. Martin and catch a local plane or ferry to Anguilla.

bathroom and a private balcony providing fabulous views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St Martin beyond. There is also a Study with private patio on the lower level which can be used as an extra bedroom. The West Wing features, three guest bedrooms all of which are en-suite, and open onto a patio with fantastic views. One room features a queen sized bed

and the other two have double beds. All bedrooms are en-suite and open onto a patio with fantastic views of the sea.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIESA 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival .

If reservations are made less than 60 days of your arrival date, the total rental amount including tax and service charge is required to confirm your reservation. For Holiday Season reservations (December 20 – January 6), the balance is due

by September 15, and is completely non-refundable.

Deposits are refundable in full ( less 10% administration fee) if written notice of cancellation is received by the Management Company 60 days prior to the guests schedule date of arrival . No FUNDS, including deposits, are

refundable if notice is received after 60 days prior to arrival .

The Management Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. There wil l be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures or weather related problems. We recommend the

Renter purchase sufficient travel insurance to avoid those unforeseen circumstances.
