Andy and Tony are qualified instructors with the Wu Shin Do Association. They work as a pair to offer a highly structured form of gentle and relaxing Tai Chi, usually delivered through a series of twelve week courses starting with beginners and moving through several levels of advancement. A photographic workbook is provided to help students practice at home, so their classes are good for people who want to use Tai Chi as a daily form of exercise and relaxation.

Memory cafes are a meeting place for people with dementia and their carer's, to enjoy the company of others in a friendly, informal environment. Information is always available.
