I. Hussen Mohamed Farah Aidid. on behalf of the people of Somalia, would like to announce and confirm that I

will be running in the coming 2021 Somalia presidential election. I have been preparing for this for some time and feel that the people deserve to have a leader who will instill security, prosperity, development, and the right

to stability for all throughout the nation of Somalia.

1, Hussen Mohamed Farah Aidid, certify that all documents prepared and sent are copies of my original Political Party Registration with the Federal Republic of Somalia. Copies in English, Somali. Arabic, and photographs of official document presentation are being provided for your perusal and file.

I. Hussen Mohamed Farah Aidid, have instructed SAACS and its representative Mr. R. Santana, my campaign manager and adviser, to provide copies of these documents to the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA),

Department of Defense (DoD). and the United Nations (UN) and other nations who should be notified of my

party's intentions in the coming elections in the Federal Republic of Somalia in 2021.

My party’s intentions are to begin campaigning within the latter part of 2019 or beginning 2020. Our party will

have in place all the required protocols as required by law and will instruct our campaign manager and adviser Mr. R. Santana to begin all lobbying processes, nationally and internationally, as permitted and required by law; and seek advice and campaign contributions/donations as permitted by law and within the campaign/lobbying

guidelines.

All concerns from this point on should be addressed with SAACS and its representative Mr. R. Santana who is

the acting campaign manager and adviser. 1 urge that all individuals and/or entities respect my wishes and adhere to the petition/request provided in this official letter.

On behalf of Mr. Hussen Mohamed Farah Aidid and his instructions to SAACS and the official campaign manager and

adviser Mr. R. Santana (see attached document), we are providing these copies for your perusal and tile.

As a Registered Foreign Agent with FARA, registered member with the United Nations and the Federal Government as a contractor, we ask that all privileges be extended our company -SAACS, and Mr. R. Santana, in order to fulfi a campaign obligations and be permitted to delegate to all and any/all governmental or private institutions, nationally and

internationally, on behalf of Mr. Hussen Mohamed Farah Aidid and all other campaign matters.

From this moment forward, Mr. Santana will be the point of contact regarding all campaign matters. All governmental or
