MODULE ONE: WHO ARE SOMALI, SOMALIS AND NON SOMALI?

Somali people are not 4 and half ethnic groups, Somali people are 8 ethnic groups. In the below figure was transitional federal parliamentary system which was reconciliation Somalia 4 ethnic groups, that is why Djibouti President Ismail Omar Gele and Somalia elders from 4 ethnic groups they produced this system below, but this system is total discrimination governmental system as you see the below diagram. Somali people are like Darood, and Rahawein Somalis people are like Hawiye, Dir, Gardere and Mayle Non Somali are like Jareer and Minority clans Somali 25% Somalis 5% Somalis 15% Somalis 5% Somalis 25% Non Somali 5% Somali 15% Non Somali 5% As you see the above diagram precise you the black policy of Somalia government system which 30% Somali elders ethnic groups represent the other 70% Somali ethnic groups. Because at that time it was civil war time which every clans Somali prepared to defend or attack the other clan, I mean not all 83 clans. Look the below table describes you the 19 clans which murdered, robed, raped and assassinated each other. All these clans their elders and leaders they travel to Djibouti to produce 4.5 traditional government system as above figure in July 1999. Ratio Traditional Government

    - 25% Hawiye 60 Members Parliament - 25% Darod 60 Members Parliament - 15% Dir 60 Members Parliament - 15% Rahawein 60 Members Parliament - 20% Other clans 60 Members Parliament

100% ratio traditional government mechanism and represents the Somali communities votes, as they said Hawiye, Darod, Dir and Rahawein, but it is not true and this is big betray and disclose the rest of other clans.

MODULE TWO: WHO ARE PASTORALIST, FARMER PASTORALIST, AND FISHERIES IN SOMALIA?

The real Somali people in Somalia are the people from Ethiopia like Hawiye, Dir, Mayle and Gardere those who are pastoralist and farmer pastoralist in Somalia, in 1024 the fathers of Samale came from Ethiopia community Habashi family. The other ethnic groups they are neighbor families to Samale not same family, they were arrived Somalia from their countries like Yemen, Israel, Tanzania, Nigeria, Portugal and England. Somali Origins Jareer from Tanzania and Nigeria Darod from Yemen Minority clans (SAMO) from Portugal Yibro from Israel Hawiye, Dir, Mayle and Gardere from Ethiopia Rahawein from Hawiye and Darod Somali Home Hawiye are Pastoralist and farmer pastoralist Dir are Farmer Pastoralist Gardere are Pastoralist and Farmer Pastoralist Rahawein are Farmer Pastoralist Minorities clans are Fisheries Mayle are Pastoralist and Farmer Pastoralist Jareer are Farmer Pastoralist Darood are Pastoralist Somali people they are different tribes but they believe one religion, one tradition and speak one language of Maay and Mahatiri. Somali tribes married each other, neighbor each other, but in politics and urbanization they killed each other. The reason killing, murdering and robing is caused by policy administration for Somali government. See module one the table of civil war short listed is a part of Somali tribes conflicts, the tribes which were fighting are 30% among them, not all, the rest 70% percent were innocent, and these people 70% were doing only their business import and export, were traveling to the neighbor countries Kenya and Ethiopia as refugees. Because Somali civil war on going inside Somalia, people are dying because of hungry, thirsty, non-livelihood and homeless.

    1. 30% clans were killing, murdering and robing each other indicated on module one Civil war table.

    2. 25% clans were doing business import and export people managing Bakara Market 3. 25% clans were IDPS people refugees in Somalia 4. 20% clans were fled to the neighbor countries Kenya, Ethiopia, Djibouti and Uganda been

registered as refugees under UNHCR There is a proverb says in Somali culture, Somali Somaali Baa leh means Somali people belongs to each other and this proverb is what Somali people believes as Quran.

MODULE THREE: WHO ARE TERRITORIES FOR AUTONOMOUS REGIONS SOMALIA?

This below table shows you that the power regimes of autonomous regions Somalia at Hawiye, Darod, Rahawein and Dir those who are the leaders and directors of incumbent Somalia Government, in the column ethnic group are clans who always run and competing Somali presidential, spokes of parliament and prime minister at the Somali policy parties. But it is not real right and justice according to Somalis, Somali and Non Somali it is totally not fair and injustice for other clans. The other clans except from these clans below table are same to Darod, Hawiye, Dir and Rahawein. What about the other clans Somali from different ethnic groups Somali people? The question is do you know the reason this clans they are the leaders of other clans? Because they robed the store weapons which Mohamed Siad barre regime left at the clan of Marehan, when Barre and his clan Marehan ran away from Mogadishu and the military stores weapons these clans Habargidir, Abgal, Lesan, Ogaden, Majerten, Hawadle and Isak came through the stores and robed from that time 1991 to 1999 they were killing, murdering, robbing, raping in each other; the other clans they ran to the neighbor countries as refugees.

Somali Urban Power As you see the below map indicating that every clans or ethnic groups at their home, Somali people there is no clans or ethnic group which homeless, it is not true, totally it was propaganda who or people saying that some Somali are settled and the rest are domestic.
