▪ PVDF Solef® 60512 since 1998 unique un-plasticized grade for barrier layer in flexible risers
▪ Solef® 60512 is qualified for applications up to 130°C and 1000 bar
▪ Solvay developed the Solef® 90615/2002 grade able to address new market requirement for HT (> 130°C) and HP (> 1000 bar) applications
▪ Further to this, Solvay is broadening own presence to further Oil & Gas market segments
- liners of steel pipelines
- Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (RTPs)
▪ These applications require higher flexibility than traditional Solef® 60512 used for flexibles
