Use your MFP like your computer

With the Toshiba connector to Microsoft® Exchange®, your Toshiba MFP integrates into your E-mail workflow allowing you to handle your paper documents as if you were sending them from your computer.

Without any additional hardware you have secure access via the MFP authentication and can select your Outlook folder as the E-mail destination. E-mails sent via the MFP are automatically archived in the Outlook Sent folder and can, if necessary, be edited at a later stage.

The dynamic type-ahead feature is only one of many user-friendly features which come with the Toshiba connector to Microsoft® Exchange®. It automatically recognises E-mail addresses stored in the LDAP address book while these are being entered via the Toshiba Rich User Interface.

This interface also enables you to preview and edit the scan before sending it. You can swipe through the scanned document, zoom into pages and have the possibility to rotate or delete pages. Pre-configured subject lines and message body text, which can easily be added to the scanned document, are further examples of the intuitive and easy to use functionality.

Advanced options

To extend the number of available file formats offered by the connector to Microsoft® Exchange®, you can install the optional Toshiba e-BRIDGE Re-Rite software. This will allow you to store editable documents including Microsoft® Office PPTX and XLSX files in Outlook.
