ON-SITE BRIEF
Go live on set/location/site arrival and briefings. We will do dry runs on our own to scout out safety or logistic issues for you so that you do
not have to worry about either. We cut corners no where but especially we emphasize this in the area of safety and FAA compliance. The FAA is a serious government agency with very specific rules and regulations. The only time you will hear “no” from PW2S should be when it involves safety or the FAA.
03 SET UP & FILMING 04REVIEW &
TRANSFER
Every project at PW2S beigns with details and meticulous planning. As you know by now we employ many former military members
who are used to rigorous planning and pain staking attention to details. During this phase we will ask many questions, seek your input, ask and define your expectations and create the storyboard that will carry the project to the final cuts and edits. You are involved in every part in ever phase but deeply involved in planning.
Set up & filming is when it all begins to come to life depending on existing video and stills that a client may already have on hand. Normally though this is
when it gets interesting and complex. PW2S does extensive rehearsals and digital table top walk throughs in advance as a team and will do a walk through with the client at least once before we go to the site for filming. These are normally long days for our crews and we prepare for adverse weather and the unexpected to happened.
Now is when all the hard work comes down to the hands of our master editing and effects team. You the client will sit with us if desired
and watch the magic of all the days and weeks of work forming into your project. We also are able to digitally share each days work with our clients so that they do not have to spend their valuable time in dark editing suites. This affords each client the opportunity to be flexible and remain engaged at every phase of the project.

We use only the best equipment with the latest technology in the industry. All the drones in our fleet are fully FAA compliant and are registered for commercial use with the FAA.
We are constantly upgrading our drone fleet and all other video and still image capture equipment in order to provide our clients with the very best product possible.
All of our equipment comes with the latest safety features that allow us to operate in all types of situations, weather and environments.
OUR DRONE FLEET CONSIST OF MAINLY
We use two primarily DJI drones in our commercial operations the Phantom 4 PRO Plus Quadcopter and the Inspire 2 drones. These two systems are the two most highly rated drones in the commercial market.ĈĈ
We work with industry experts to stay current with the best camera technology for our drone fleet as well. Our DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus features a 1” 20MP CMOS sensor with gimbal-stabilized 4K60 / 20MP imaging. Drone camera features Flight Autonomy with redundant sensors and four directions of obstacle avoidance. Features a top speed of 45 mph in Sport Mode with a maximum control range of 4.3 miles.ĈĈ
Our DJI Inspire 2 Quadcopter is compatible with 5.2K Gimbal Cameras and features CineCore 2.0 Image Processing. The Inspire 2 comes with a 2-Axis Stabilized FPV Camera.
MAIN DRONE FLEET SYSTEM (DJI INSPIRE 2)
DJI’s magnesium-aluminum-clad Inspire 2 Quadcopter is a powerful cinematic and photographic tool. Combining the Inspire 2 with the separately available X4S and X5S gimbal cameras yields cinema-grade images, which can be recorded in high bit rates using H.264 and H.265 for-mats, or, in the case of the X5R, various flavors of Apple ProRes and CinemaDNG raw using the required licenses available from ĈĈ
DJI. All the recording functionality is processed by the Inspire 2’s CineCore 2.0 image processing engine. Not all the power to be found in the Inspire 2 is in the record-ing functionality. DJI beefed up the flight capabilities of the Inspire 2. Able to accelerate to 50 mph in 4 seconds and reach a top speed of 67 mph, the Inspire 2 can fol-low fast-moving subjects for dramatic sports and action footage. The flight prowess of the Inspire 2 doesn’t come at the expense of battery life. With the two included LiPo
THE PHANTOM 4 PRO The DJI Phantom 4 Pro+ quadcopter features a 3-axis-sta-bilized gimbal camera with a 20MP, 1” CMOS sensor ca-pable of shooting up to 4K/60fps video and well as photo bursts at up to 14 fps. The hull has been updated from the previous Phantom 4 camera drone, now featuring magnesium alloy construction for increased rigidity and reduced weight. The Flight Autonomy system adds dual rear-vision sensors plus infrared sensing for a total of five directions of obstacle sensing and four directions of ob-stacle avoidance.
Both of our systems have the ability for the Remote Pi-lot in Charge (RIC) to have a dedicated camera/image op-erator to focus on capturing the very best video footage possible. Our dual operated systems also allow for our Visual Observer (VO) to assist the RIC in ensuring that all flights are done with safety as our first priority.
