Being assigned to the petroleum services segment within PetroVietnam, PTSC is the main player in providing technical services for the local oil & gas development projects in implementing the EPC/EPCIC for offshore segments.

PTSC is currently the leading oil and gas contractor in Vietnam and has gained widespread prestige within the region, providing Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Transportation, Installation, Hook-up and Commissioning (EPC/EPCIC) services for offshore projects such as processing platform, wellhead platform, compressor platform, living quarter, semi-submersible, FSO/FPSO, subsea systems, etc.

With a creative and enthusiastic workforce and know-how, PTSC has successfully implemented nearly 60 EPC/EPCI projects ensuring the highest safety, quality, project schedule and being appreciated by clients inside and outside Vietnam such as: Talisman, Premier Oil Vietnam, Petronas, British Petroleum, Cuu Long JOC, Hoang Long JOC, Bien Dong POC, Thang Long JOC, Lam Son JOC, Total E&P, ONGC, etc. Many projects are of large scales and national records with the total fabrication volume of up to hundreds of thousand tons entirely completed by Vietnamese workers and engineers. Particularly, at the moment, PTSC is able to undertake the detailed engineering work for offshore oil and gas projects inside and outside the country with 100% of the work done by Vietnamese engineers.

With the existing capabilities and experience, PTSC is heading towards continuous development and striving to become the leading EPC/EPCIC contractor in the region.

The industrial projects have been executed by PTSC since 1998. PTSC has been expanding its implementa-tion of EPC services involving engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for various onshore industries such as thermal power/oil refinery plants, technological and mechanical skids, petrochem-ical and fertilizer plants, etc. meets international standards and the most stringent requirements of clients.

PTSC aims at providing our services ensuring the following main objectives:

• Safety: Maintaining a safety management system in compliance with international standards and ensuring the highest commitment to safety and environmental protection in project execution;• Quality: Possessing an enthusiastic, professional and international qualified labor force as well as the experienced supervisory staffs to ensure the project quality requirements;• On schedule: Maintaining the availability and diversity of facilities, resources and logistics systems to support the project execution and ensure schedules of projects.• Competiveness: Operating by a complete management system and continuously improving productivity, providing optimal solutions are our competitive factors.

PTSC has completed many onshore projects with the quality accredited by various clients including Petro-Vietnam, EVN, PV Gas, PVFCCo, JGC, etc. In addition, PTSC has also developed an international network of partnership with Technip, POSCO, AFCONS, TATA, etc.

At present, PTSC owns and co-owns 5 FSOs/FPSOs, providing operation and maintenance services for 8 FSOs/FPSOs in the local and overseas markets. PTSC is now the leading company in mastering technological management, operation and maintenance services for FSO/FPSO in Vietnamese market, including:

Provision of FSOs/FPSOs.

Execution of EPCIC project for FSOs/FPSOs.

Management, operation, maintenance and repair of FSOs/FPSOs.

Provide technical workers for operation and maintenance of FSOs/FPSOs.

PTSC currently owns and operates the largest fleet of offshore vessels in Vietnam to serve the oil and gas industry including anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels, dynamic positioning DP1 & DP2 vessels, seismic support vessels, and field standby vessels, safeguard vessels, etc. PTSC’s fleet of vessels is operated by highly competent and experienced crew members from Vietnam and abroad.

In addition to our current large fleet, PTSC also cooperates with local and international allied ship-owners under various forms such as bareboat, time charter, spot charter, etc. to ensure the availability and diversity of the resources and facilities to meet the vessel demands for oil and gas activities in Vietnam and in the region.

PTSC is the exclusive division of PetroVietnam with sufficient capacities, resources and experience to carry out such survey services.

Despite having difficulties and challenges in implementing the services, all engineers and employees of PTSC have been constantly researching, applying science and technology in an innovative manner, enhancing competitiveness to assert its position in the domestic market and gradually expand to international markets with the main services including:

The successes achieved in Operation & Maintenance (O&M), T&I, HUC services have been practically recognized, which is stable and sound basis for its developments, contributed significantly to the annual revenue of PTSC.These services include:


PTSC currently owns, manages and operates a nationwide network of 8 ports and supply bases spreading throughout Vietnam from the North to the South with a total area of over 320 hectares including: PTSC Dinh Vu Port, Nghi Son Port, Hon La Port, Son Tra Port, Dung Quat Port, Phu My Port, Sao Mai – Ben Dinh Port, Vung Tau Supply Base.

Our ports fully meet and well satisfying the demands for logistics services of all companies and contractors operating in the oil and gas exploration and production activities in Vietnam with all kinds of logistics and port services such as:
