SAPERION SAP Suite By integrating the SAPERION products into your SAP system, you extend your ERP applications to include the capabilities of an Enterprise Content Management system with a focus on archiving, document management, and workflow or business process management. The SAPERION SAP Suite features a modular design that can be adapted to your unique requirements: Basic: to support the SAP workflow and archiving with all the standard storage options starting with the SAP 3.0E release, and featuring a connection to SAP via RFC or an http interface. Indexer: to transfer more information easily during the archiving process, allowing non-SAP users to look up information via the SAPERION client or the web. FastLink: to allow the mass-linking of already archived documents with SAP documents, enabling SAP users to find, compile, and retrieve documents from other systems (such as output-management) through the SAP interface. InboundLink: to manage incoming mail, classifying and extracting information all through one interface. Document Finder Integration: to search and view documents saved in SAPERION in the SAP “look and feel”...everything at a glance. Records Management Integration: to compile, edit, and evaluate customer-related files and information (such as information about ordering behavior, payment reliability, and complaints) and to link files with documents and objects already archived in SAPERION. The scanning of documents and the revision-proof storage in SAPERION can be initiated directly from within the file.

SAPERION Inbound Suite The SAPERION Inbound Suite automatically handles all incoming mail channels of a business, including electronic data streams and traditional paper mail. This comprehensive solution bundles all channels for incoming mail and digitally forwards information in a unified form. In addition to processing the widely used media of letters, faxes, and e-mail, SAPERION Inbound Suite also processes web forms, short messaging services (SMS), multimedia messaging services (MMS), and even hand-written notes. All incoming paper and electronic documents converge in a central location in the company. SAPERION’s Digital Mail Room encompasses: • Collecting and identifying the documents

by scanning or importing them from other applications

• Categorizing by content and layout classification or form recognition
