“Cognitive coaching with Dwaine is the best kind of PD because it has given me effective, flexible tools that I can implement on Monday morning”. Scott, counselor
“This was wonderful – inspiring to go out and change – maybe not the world, but myself and how I deal with people daily…It was wonderful”. Chelsey, Learning Support Teacher
“I truly loved it all. I know that I will be able to use what I learned when I go back to my job and work towards dealing with situations on a more positive basis.” Patricia, Executive Director
"This training was an excellent professional development experience for me. I use coaching skills a lot with students, and I plan to refine my approach for use with staff as well, potentially making it a part of the supervision process." Leslie, principal,
“Cognitive behavioural coaching has been a spring rain on my clinical style. Instead of being the "expert" with all the answers, I now ask my clients what they want to work on and we design therapy goals together. The results are excellent: greater motivation, more success, less time in treatment, and a whole lot more fun." Michael, R.S-LP
“All of the information shared was valuable and can be applied in many settings. Thought provoking on a personal and professional level…Great positive energy”. Adrienne, Occupational Therapist
