MESO PROGRAMMING TOOLSROAL’s Programmable LED Drivers allow designers and assembly lines to personalize key output characteristics.

With the optional Programming Tools (RSOZ070-PTOOL, RSOZ070-PDALI) the units' output set-point can be adjusted, allowing asingle stock keeping unit SKU to be used in many fixtures or enable a single fixture design with multiple light output settings throughsoftware. Users can also enable advanced dimming functions including output fade and dimming behavior. The aim of Ozone LED drivers and Ozone “Toolset” PC Software is to meet the last technological requirements in terms of flexibility,energy saving and light optimization. Using the Ozone’s programmable features, lighting manufacturers are now free to personalize andmake their products unique.

The high degree of intelligence and flexibility behind OZONE LED drivers, combined with ROAL’s “Living Energy” philosophy, has enabledus to develop the most innovative, flexible and “environmentally friendly” constant current LED drivers available in today’s market.

Ozone’s “Adjustable dimmer” function allows lighting designers and assembly lines to quickly and easily customize up to five (5) customdimming profiles for outdoor lighting management, synchronized to worldwide time zones. By simply turning the lighting fixture ON/OFFwith a photocell on the AC input, the custom light profile will self-synchronize to the real time zone without any clock setting in theinstallation area. The “Constant Light” function permits a guaranteed constant light flux along the entire product life-cycle,compensating for the LED’s efficiency loss due to product aging. By USB connection, all customized settings can be transferred to theOzone Programming Tool and then installed in the Ozone LED driver memory to be executed.

MultiLINQ DC Power Splitter

MultiLINQ is a non-dissipative device with no wear-out mechanism that can bemounted in or near the sign and splits the main power source into four (4)intrinsically safe Class 2 power outputs capable of powering up to 400 watts ofLED lights.

MultiLINQ eliminates the need for multiple Class 2 power supplies within thesign, and relocates the power to an easily accessible location. It is encased in aNEMA 6/ IP67 weather-tight package suitable for wet locations.

Remote DC Power SourceThe Remote Power Source (RPS) is a complete ULapproved DC power source for powering LED lightingin both indoor and outdoor applications. It reduces thecomplexities of multiple power supplies and safetycode considerations. The RPS is designed forpowering low voltage DC equipment in buildinginteriors, exteriors and electric signs.

When used in conjunction with ROAL’s MultiLINQ DCPower Splitter, it forms the ideal solution for poweringLED lights in signage and buildings.

The RPS can be equipped with one of ROAL’sstandard power supply modules, or can be fitted withany power supply up to 1kW total output power.
