GT-Jet SG - OverviewThe GT-Jet SG is based on DOD-technology from Spectra. The GT-Jet SG is a very compact fully integrated head. Nobase unit is required as all the electronic is integrated in the head itself. It is ready to print in 5 minutes and can beoperated with UV-curable and solvent based inks. The GT-Jet SG can be used to print on a variety of differentproducts like paper, coated paper, foils, plastic cards etc. The user interface is easy to handle, offers a good overviewand with its windows technology it is truly intuitive. UV-Compact D-Series - Overview The new UV-Compact D-Serie has been specially developed for the fast curing of UV-inks for inkjet processes that require low heat exposure for the substrates. The high performance of the UV lamp head makes it possible to achieve curing of outstanding quality, even at high printing speeds. The particularly compact design, as well as its minimal weight, makes it ideal for inkjet printing applications. Dichroic reflectors reduce heat exposure of the substrates. A variety of lamp spectrums is available to adapt to the printing ink. The UV unit has an integrated shutter system and is operated by an electronic power supply with 19“ rack unit.

UV-Compact LED cures sensitive substrates without heat

UV-Compact LED - Overview The LED Powerline is a high-performance array for intermediate curing (pinning) and final curing for printing applications. The LED service life is up to 10.000 hours *). LEDs could be switched-on and -off as often as required, without any warming or cooling phase. The LED Powerline is available in wavelengths of 365/375/385/ 395/405 nm. This variety allows to adjust the wavelength to the application and ink in question. Solex UV-LED inks were designed specifically for curing with the UV-Compact LED series. LED technology is the best possible solution for digital printing with DOD-Inkjet. With its low weight and small dimension UV-Compact LED can be integrated in the smallest interspaces.

LED-Technology LEDs do not emit infrared irradiation. Thanks to the low temperature load on the substrate, even heat-sensitive materials can be irradiated. The different spectra guarantee safe and fast curing. As LEDs do not need any heating period, the LED heads can be switched on and off as often as required and they are immediately ready for operation at any time. no heat exposure for the substrat or the production machine no need for special heat resistant conveyors or machine components small dimensions of the LED modul allow integration even in the smallest machine, no additional drying table there is no emission of ozon – save operation without exhaust or additional filter low energy consumption, therefore eco-friendly and cost effective no regular maintenance needed, high availability of the system much longer service life in comparison with standard UV-emitters

K600i - OverviewK600i is based on DOD-Piezo technology from Kyocera. K600i offers inkjet printing at very high resolution formonochrome and full-colour. The system offers a variety of different print head sizes from 108 mm to 782 mm. Theinkjet head modul is fully integrated across the complete print width – there is no stitching of single print heads.K600i is a high-performance system that guarantees perfect print quality with speeds up to 300m/min. The systemworks with 4 greyscale levels and prints in best quality with 1200dpi visual resolution. There is two different printingsystem versions for use of either UV-curable or water based inks. Therefore K600i is able to print on a variety ofcompletely different materials and substrates specifically for applications that require printing of wider formats. The userinterface is easy to handle and offers a good overview. The printing module is equipped with an automatic cleaningstation und is completely maintenance-free.

SOLEX System Solution mail piece + reader = 100%

ApplicationCamera based output control at the exit of any inserting machine. Matching of any identifiedcodification against a reference file. The mail pieces are recognized by reading a datamatrix,a barcode, or a unique number as OCR- or any other teachable font. The reader transport isinstalled at the exit of an inserter or paper finishing machine. The camera system will readand identify the references an each mail piece and store the results (with additional jobrelated information: e.g. time, date, and others) in the reference-file. Doubles and faultyenvelopes will be diverted through the ejection gates.

The line scan camera is capable of imagingan entire web for continuous printing ap-plications. Unlike area scan cameraswhich capture a specific area of a docu-ment with one snapshot, line scan cam-eras have a single line array of sensorswhich process a target moving under-neath the camera and build the image oneentire line at a time.
