The Solent’s Favourite HandbookThe annual publication of the Solent Handbook & Directory, with a print-run of 20,000, heralds the start of each new sailing season. The 2015 handbook will again be available at established, and many new, pick-up points from Easter onwards, along the Solent from Poole to Brighton and on the Isle of Wight. It will also be distributed through top regattas including Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week, Panerai British Classic Cowes Week and the Fastnet.

Distribution, through marinas, yacht clubs and numerous marine facing businesses, is designed to ensure that the book reaches the Solent leisure marine audience.

About Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes WeekEach year, Cowes plays host to one of the world’s largest sailing regattas. Established in 1826, today the event has between 800 and 1,000 competing boats and 8,000 participants - ranging from Olympic and world class professionals to weekend sailors - racing on the Solent waters. Over 100,000 visitors come to Cowes to watch the sailing, enjoy the parties and live entertain-ment, and to experience the unique atmosphere.

The official dedicated broadcast channel for Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week Event TV, is distributed on giant screens at the key shore-side venues of Cowes Parade, Cowes Yacht Haven and Shepards Wharf Marina and throughout the yacht clubs and bars in Cowes.

Event TV will show live footage of race starts and finishes, up-to-the-second race results, daily video highlights, latest race and news schedules, and shore-side entertainment information.The programming is designed to provide relevant content to both spectators and competitors throughout each day of Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week. You have the opportunity to align your brand with the world’s best-known sailing regatta by taking advertising on the event’s network of screens.
