Your son, PFC Eric C. Talaska, is currently assigned toHeadquarters and Headquarters Company of the 101st MilitaryIntelligence Battalion (CEWI), 1st Infantry Division at Ft. Riley,Kansas. Recently, Eric deployed with "The Big Red One" toGermany for the Return of Forces to Germany Exercise (REFORGER '88).

I want to take this opportunity to tell you that Ericadmirably performed his duties as a radio teletype operator. Heworked many long hours in support of the Division's intelligencegathering effort.
