A Proposal for Implementation of theEnergy Conservation Building Code(ECBC) in NCT of Delhi is approved byCabinet, in which one of the provision isthat all Delhi Government housing willbe provided with Solar Water Heating(SWH) system at 30% subsidy from

EE&REM Centre and rest through a10% increase in license fees for the

occupant of the Govt. house.
