Delivery Options: A physical ticket is mandatory for entry to any event

n Will Call: We keep your physical tickets at the Box Office, and make them available for pick up during normal business hours or one hour prior to your event (recommended option). Will Call tickets are only released to the designated purchasing-patron. Please notify us if other guests will be using or picking up your tickets.

n Electronic: By providing an accurate email address, downloadable tickets will be sent to you that you can print at home. Your receipt and ticket email should arrive within 24 hours.

n Mail to Me: Physical tickets can be sent to you via USPS to any location within the 50 states. We apologize that we are unable to ship to any locations considered “International” such as Guam, Puerto Rico, etc. This option is not available for transactions within 10 days of the event to prevent shipping delays.

POLICIES AND DEFINITIONS

Tickets for Children: Regardless of age, everyone attending an event must have a ticket and sit in a seat. Lap-sitting for young children without a ticket is not permitted. Most performances are not recommended for children under 5.

Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds on tickets will be provided unless an event is canceled and not rescheduled. All performers, programs and seating configurations are subject to change without prior notice.

Exchanges: Ticket exchanges are permitted to the original purchaser prior to the start of the event. All exchanges are subject to availability and a modest fee may be applied for some exchange transactions.

Buying tickets when the Box Office is closed: Buy tickets online up to 2 hours before the event. You can also buy tickets at the Box Office when it opens one hour before the event. Every attempt will be made to return urgent voice messages prior to events on weekends.

Seniors: Patrons who are 62 years of age or better.

Students: Must present a valid Student I.D. card, or be obviously of school-age (under 18 years old) and accompanied by an adult.

ADA POLICIES AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Soka Performing

Arts Center is in full compliance with ADA/ADAAA law in that:

to the Center.

n All lobby, restrooms and backstage areas of the Center are fully accessible.

n ADA compliant seating is available on all three floors within the Center.

n All levels of the Center are elevator accessible.

n Each wheelchair-friendly ADA-space (without a chair) in the audience

has three or more assigned Companion Seats immediately adjacent.

n Assisted Listening Devices are available for loan during performances, free of charge.

our utmost to resolve issues in a timely and sensitive manner.

Patrons who wish to transfer from a wheelchair into a seat at the Center

for an event are asked to call the Box Office prior to or immediately after

their transaction to ensure the best ticketing and seating experience.

Wheelchair/accessible seating is a protected right under federal ADA/

ADAAA law. The Center reserves the right to reasonable inquiries to prevent

the fraudulent purchase of tickets by patrons without a disability, and to

adjust seating in the case of errors, with no discounts or refunds.

CONFIGURATIONS:

The Center has a flexible layout for audience seating in up to 12 sections on three floors. Events occur in the configuration that best fits the staging and technical needs of the program, and provides the optimal view for audience members. Refer to the event listings for the configuration of each event, it may affect available sections for ticketing.
