YOUR BENEFITSThe weldMARK® 3 software is a powerful and convenient tool for laser material processing thanks to its user-friendly interface. This allows customers to harvest the performance of their 3-axis de-flection units, e.g. for the RAYLASE product series AXIALSCAN and FOCUSSHIFTER. The software suite weldMARK® 3 standard- licence supports the RAYLASE SP-ICE-1 PCIe PRO control card. The Premi-um offers all functionalities of the Standard-Licence and addition-ally the full support of the SP-ICE-3 control card. The 3D licence is characterized by the 3D processing functionality. Among the new features of the standard licence is variable poly-delay to more pre-cisely mark vector combinations. Additional new features are pow-er ramping, the creation of dash-dotted-line patterns, buffered part sensor signals and active sensor depression time that allows more flexible reaction to the control signals in Marking-and-processing-On-The-Fly applications.
INTERFACESThe integrated COM Automation server can be addressed in all com-mon programming languages. This gives programmers the opportu-nity to address many functions directly and to integrate automated processes into the machine interface. The remote interface allows the transfer of commands from a host PC or a PLC via Ethernet or RS-232 protocol to the weldMARK® interface in order to load, adjust and exe-cute “external marking jobs”.

Spot Offset When marking filigree layout, you can offset the spot parallel to contour outline, to achieve better marking result.
