Software Included with Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2

The Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2 physical media kit and electronic delivery include software for:

• Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2. See Table 1 for software descriptions.

• Cisco Prime LAN Management Solution (LMS) 4.2. See Table 2 for software descriptions.

Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2 provides management for both wired and wireless networks and includes many of the features and capabilities of Cisco Prime LMS. Cisco Prime LMS 4.2 is included primarily for existing LMS customers who are not yet ready to transition to Prime Infrastructure. For new customers who need to manage wired network devices (routers and switches), we recommend using Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2.

Note After LMS 4.2.2, two LMS patches LMS 4.2.3 and 4.2.4 have been released. Customers are encouraged to upgrade to the latest version of the software. The patches can be downloaded from Downloads > Home Products > Cloud and Systems Management > Routing and Switching Management > Cisco Prime LAN Management Solution > Cisco Prime LAN Management Solution 4.2 > LMS Software. LMS 4.2.2 is a prerequisite for installing LMS 4.2.3 or 4.2.4.

Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2 Physical Appliance

Software image for installing Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2 on the Cisco Prime physical appliance.

Cisco Prime Infrastructure Plug and Play Gateway 2.2

Software image for the Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2 Plug and Play Gateway, a feature that allows devices to call into the Gateway to receive their configuration and software image.

Cisco Plug and Play Application 2.0 The Cisco Plug and Play application is used in conjunction with the Cisco Prime Infrastructure Plug and Play feature to deliver bootstrap configurations to the Cisco Integrated Services Routers (ISR) and Cisco ISR-G2. Microsoft Windows version. Apple iOS version available on iTunes.

ISO file for deployment of a remote Syslog collector on the Cisco Prime physical appliance or bare-metal Cisco UCS server.

Cisco Prime LMS 4.2.2 Upgrade Installer

Software to upgrade Cisco Prime LMS 4.2 or 4.2.1 to 4.2.2.
