Company History:

The Company “SIA” BERLING was established in 1991. We are custom manufacture of high quality Toys, Dolls and clothing.

Since 1991 SIA BERLING is the main manufacture for the German Doll Manufacture “Käthe Kruse” which bring us a big Experience in the Design, technology and Production.

At the Moment we are running more than 600 different items in our Toy Production and more than 50 different items in our Textile Production for

Children clothing and Adult clothing. Since 2013 the Company “SIA” Berling is a part of the Hape Holding Group which has more than 30 year experience in Toy Production and became the leading company in sustainable Toys.

Together with Hape we share the believing in educational, sustainable, eco-friendly Toys and clothing for our children in our future.

All Testing -Tools are according the WW Toy- Standard. Moreover we producing according our Inhouse standard which is more strict than the Toy Standards WW.

RMS:

Our Raw Material Stock is well organized in Textiles and Accessories. We secure a safe warehousing of the Raw Materials in terms of Humidity and Temperature as well Quantity of Material are secured which are tracked by our Enterprise Resource Planning [MS-Navision]

WORKSHOP [WS]

WS:

We have two cutting lines which are separated in Clothing and Toys. Moreover we have three different Methods to become the final pattern of the products.

-Ribbon Knife

-Table knife

- Punshing press

All of them we use according the requirments of the fabric.

The Production is separate in the following parts:

-Soft-Toy Production

-Clothing Production

-Hand- & Artwork

All Parts of Production are controlled by our inhouse QC which check the Production Lots randomly according the AQL –Standard (Accepted Quality limit) to secure Safety and Quality on our Products.

Finish Quality Control [FQC]

FQC:

After Production we do a 100% inspection of all our Products.

Each Product go through a appearance check where the QC check one by one according a Master Sample which is confirmed by our Customer.

After the Appearance check 100% of the Product go through the metal detector to double check and secure and secure safety toys for our babies and children.

Packaging/ Warehousing [P&W]

P&W:

After FQC the Products goes directly from the Metal detector to the Packaging department where all our Products will be packed. Capacity packaging:

4000-6000pcs/ week

PD:

Our Product Development Team Cover 5 People who has more than 10 year experience in doing Soft Toys, Home items and Doll dresses.

We are working with digital tool to digitize the paper pattern into a digital file for the graphic program in order to be efficient and to avoid time losses.
