1. Landing Page

1.1 Register / Sign Up

1.1.1 Sign Up

Sign up is required to Log in to your Socioboard account.

Choose Your Option (Select Plans).

User need to Select a plan first to create account.

By clicking on Pricing in Landing Page, user can get detailed report about all plans.

Selecting a plan, Payment Option, giving all Credentials required and by clicking on Register

Your account for socioboard has been created.

After Registering, user will get a confirmation mail to the registered mail id. After submitting by

‘Click here’ registered account can be Logged in.

1.1.2 Social Sign Up

User can also signup through Facebook and Gmail networks, just by clicking on preferred

network and by accepting all terms and Conditions to Sign up.

By this user can Register through their Social Profiles.

Note -> By Sign up using Social Network, User cannot use 2-Step Login feature.

1.2 Sign In

1.2.1 Sign in With Credentials

By providing Registered Email Id and Password user can Sign in to Socioboard

1.2.2 Social Sign-In

User can Sign In just by clicking on ‘Sign-in With Google’ or Sign-in With Facebook’ without

providing user credentials (Only if Social Sign in is enabled in Settings).

Account Settings -> Access password -> Social Sign-in.

2. Dashboard

In Dashboard, you can add your social profile, compose the message and Automate RSS Feeds

2.1 Add your social profile

You are able to add multiple Social Profile using Facebook, Twitter, G-Plus, LinkedIn,

Instagram, G-Analytics, YouTube, and Pinterest in your Socioboard Dashboard. Once you are

done adding the profiles, it shows not more than 3 profiles. If you want to see more than 3

profiles, click on SEE MORE, it will open the profile page and you can find all the profiles that

are added by you.

2.1.1 Deleting Social Profile.

If you want to Delete your social Profile, Go to the Social Profile Section and choose your social

Network, then choose your profile click on Delete.

2.2 Compose

By using the compose you can send the Text, image, gif, video, and w.r.t selected social profiles.

You also can save this message in Draft.

2.3 Automate Rss Feeds

We do have some inbuilt keywords for Automate RSS Feeds in the Dashboard. Hence, you can

choose these keywords to compose or schedule in the profiles where you want to post.

3.Twitter Engagement

It consists of four sub-modules Twitter Analytics, Twitter Inbox, My Task, and Sent

Message.

3.1 Twitter Analytics

Here you can see the Twitter account Message of Mention, Retweet, and New followers. You

can perform additionally Task and Filter according to your Message type.

3.2 Twitter Inbox

Here you can send messages and also see your Twitter account Direct Messages. You are

also allowed to add a task.

3.3 My Task

You can see all the tasks which are assigned by you and your team members. You can perform

additionally Reply, Delete and complete the Task.

3.4 Sent Message.

Here, you can see all your sent messages which are done through socioboard like (Compose,

Schedule, Re-socio). In addition, you can Filter these Messages.

4. My Feeds

In “My Feeds” you can see all post of the respective profile which is done through socioboard or

itself in that social network.

3.1 Facebook.

3.6 Google Plus.

3.7 Pinterest.

4.1 Facebook

Facebook Live Feeds is constantly updating the list of stories in the middle of your homepage.

Live Feeds includes status updates, photos, videos, and links activity.

4.1.1 Comment and Like.

You can like and comment from those feeds.

4.1.2 Re-socio

You can Re-post the feeds by using Re-socio feature.

4.1.3 Task

You can create tasks to that feeds for your Team Member.

4.1.4 Sort By

With this module, you can sort your feeds according to your requirement.

4.1.5 Reconnect

Here we can Reconnect your facebook page/account by using reconnect button.

We Reconnect the profile because if we change the password of facebook account then it is a problem to

socioboard account to collect the data/feeds from your respective account or page.

4.2 Twitter.

It consists of two parts: Feeds and Tweets.

4.2.1 Feeds.

You can see your followers and following tweets. In addition, you can perform Re-tweet, Make

Favorite, Sent Message, Spam, Reply, Task, Re-socio, and Reconnect. .

4.2.2 Tweets.

You can see all your Tweets which are done over your profiles and related to those profiles. You

also can perform additional Tasks.

4.3 Instagram.

Instagram Feed page displays all the live activities been performed in Instagram like images,

videos. In addition, you can Like, Comment, and create Task for the team members.

4.4 YouTube.

Here you can see your YouTube channel and watch or upload videos. Additional tasks like

adding a comment, sort and Upload a new video.

4.5 LinkedIn.

Find the page posts in LinkedIn which is done through socioboard and LinkedIn. In addition, you

can add Comments and assign task to your team members.

4.6 Google Plus.

See your Google Plus account live feeds and the Number of comment, like and share. You can

also perform Reconnect, filter, and Re-socio.

4.7 Pinterest.

By adding your Pinterest profile to Socioboard, the User will able to see the Profile and Profile

details in My Feeds -> Pinterest.

4.7.1 Create Board

Here the user can create a board from Socioboard without logging into Pinterest profile.

By giving Name, Description and Click on Create, Board will be created over Pinterest Profile.

4.7.2 Pins

By clicking on pins user can see all the saved pins in profile.

By clicking on Save pin, the user can upload a pin in selected Boards of the Pinterest profile.

Pins can be saved from ‘The Web’ or from ’Your device’.

By clicking next here, they can select boards to post. Click on Save, Post will be saved in

Pinterest.

5. Publishing

Using Socioboard publishing tool, a user can “Schedule Messages”, save them to “Drafts”,

maintain “SocioQueue” where they can edit or delete their Scheduled Messages and can check

“Calendar view” where they can see the detailed list of posts scheduled with date and time.

5.1 Schedule Messages

Users Can Schedule Messages here by ‘Selecting Profiles’ which they need to post. By Giving a

Message in ‘Type Your Message Here’ Field and select a file to post in ‘Select Your File’

field, by setting a date and Time to Schedule.

By clicking on ‘Schedule’, the post will be scheduled successfully.

By clicking on ’Save to Draft’, the post will be saved in drafts.

5.2 SocioQueue

The ‘Scheduled Messages’ will appear here in the Queue until the time of publishing, Providing

Options to users like Edit or Delete the Schedules.

5.3 Drafts

The Posts which are Saved to ‘Drafts’ will appear here, providing user options to Edit, Delete or

Schedule the Stored Drafts.

5.4 Calendar View.

Users can view details of their posts made through their ‘Socioboard’ account, it provides a

detailed description of Posts, Date and Time of Schedules done.

6. Content Studio

In this Module User will get details about ‘Most Shared’ Content and ‘Trending Now’ Topics.

6.1 Most Shared

In this Module user will get details about ‘Most shared’ Feeds from Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter,

Pinterest and Google Plus Networks.

The User can also Search for feeds by giving a keyword.

By Clicking on Action beside the feed, the selected feed by the user can be Posted in the user

profiles they select to post.

Here the user can also select feeds at once, and by clicking on the shareathon button they can

select profiles and set time interval to post that selected feeds into selected profiles.

6.2 Trending Now

The Trending data from Social Networks will be shown here, and users can also search topics by

giving keyword there.

The User can also select their topics by click on Quick Topics and Sort By, and the feeds based

on that topic will be shown here.

Users can select the feeds they need to post on their profiles, by selecting feeds and click on the

Shareathon user can ‘Select profiles’ and set ‘Time interval’, thus the feeds will be posted in the

selected ‘Time Intervals’.

6.3 Shareathon Queue

In this Module Users can see the list of all posts in the queue which are shared via shareathon

From ‘Most shared’ and ‘Trending Now’ Features, and have a choice to Edit or Delete the

selected Feed.

7. Discovery

Using ‘Discovery’, the user can ‘Search’ by giving Keywords, and can find ‘Group Post’ of

similar interests and can see the ‘Suggestions’ where a user can find Followers and Following

list in all the social media profiles.

7.1 Search

In this module, a user can find people or interests from different Networks by providing a

keyword.

7.1.1 Discovery

By Searching a Keyword here, the user can get details about that keyword from Twitter, Google

Plus, and Instagram Networks.

7.1.2 Smart Search

Here the user can Enter a Keyword of interest and can also choose feeds from an area or place of

their interest.

7.2 Group Post

7.2.1 Facebook Group Post

Here users can enter a keyword they can get the posts of their interest from a Facebook network

which are posted through socioboard and can Schedule or Compose them to their profiles by 1-

Click.

7.2.2 LinkedIn Group Post.

Here users by entering a keyword they can get the posts of their interest from Linkedin Network

which is posted through Socioboard and can schedule or Compose them to their profiles by

1-Click.

7.3 Suggestions

Your Followers

One can see their Twitter Followers and their profile details.

8. AutoMate RSS Feeds

AutoMate RSS Feeds module consists of 4 sub-modules these are given below.

8.1 Content Feeds

8.2 AutoMate RSS Feeds.

8.3 Posted RSS Feeds.

8.4 RSS Queue.

8.1 Content Feeds

In Content Feeds, we have all the latest topics and trending keywords based on which we can

schedule or compose in the content feed.

8.1.1 Schedule.

In this module, we have to choose feeds and click on the schedule button.

8.1.2 Compose

Choose feeds and click on 1 CLICK to compose.

8.1.3 Content Setting

If you want to see some particular feeds on this page then you can just click on CONTENT

SETTING.

The popup will open and you can type the keyword, that you want to see in the feeds and click

on Build my content feed.

8.2 AutoMate RSS Feeds.

In Automate RSS Feeds sub-module, you can Automate the RSS feeds with respective profiles.

Here you need to select profile’s, add RSS Feeds URL based on what you want to automate next.

Click on schedule and it will post respective data in chosen profiles.

8.3 Posted RSS Feeds.

In posted RSS Feeds, you can verify the schedule RSS feeds that in which profiles the RSS feeds

is posted and what message is posted and RSS Feeds URL w.r.t the profiles.

8.4 RSS Queue.

When you schedule RSS feeds in AutoMate RSS Feeds sub-module, it comes to RSS Queue.

You can check if the scheduling is done properly or not. In RSS Queue sub-module you can edit

the RSS URL and also delete the scheduled RSS feeds.

9. Shareathon

A Feature which allows users to Automate FB Page Posts to FB Groups, Pages, and Timeline

of our FB profiles Connected with Socioboard.

9.1 Group Shareathon

It automates Feeds from Selected FB pages to FB Groups which we are admin of.

9.1.1 Group Shareathon List

Where user can see the Group Shareathon list that you are managing for feeds, and have options

to edit and Delete the Saved list.

9.1.2 Add a Shareathon (Creating Shareathon)

Here User can manage to create group Shareathon, by ‘Selecting FB ‘Accounts to ‘Fetch Group’,

and by ‘Selecting Groups to Automate Post’, (where feeds will be automated to the Groups

Which are selected here) and by ‘Setting a Time Interval’ (of their choice) and need to provide a

URL of the Page which need to be Automated, in ‘Enter page URL whose post you want to

Automate’ Field, and by clicking on Post, Group Shareathon is created and saved in the list.

9.2 Page Shareathon

It Automates feeds from Selected page to the FB Account Timeline that is Connected with

Socioboard.

9.2.1 Page Shareathon list

In this module, User can see the Page Shareathon list you are managing for feeds, and the user

has options to edit and Delete the Saved list.

9.2.2 Add a shareathon (Creating Page Shareathon)

The user can ‘Select an Account to Automate Post’ (Select FB Profile where user need to

Automate Page Feeds). ‘Select Pages whose posts you want to automate’ (Here one can

automate feeds of their own pages which they are admin of, or can automate Feeds from liked

pages by entering the page URL in ‘You can also enter page URL whose post you want to

automate’ Field), and by setting a preferred time, clicking on post the Page shareathon is Created

and will be saved in List.

9.3 Link Shareathon

It automates feeds from Selected Fan pages to user admin Pages

9.3.1 Link Shareathon list

Where user can see the Link Shareathon list you’re managing for feeds, and the users have an

option to Delete the Saved list.

9.3.2 Add a Shareathon (Creating Link Shareathon).

Here ‘Select fan Page for automated Post Links’( Select FB admin pages here where user need to

automate feeds), ‘Set Your Time Interval’ (By selecting preferred time) and ‘Enter a valid page

URL’ (URL of the page whose feeds you want to automate to Your admin Page) and by clicking

on ‘Post’ the Link Shareathon is created and will be saved in List.

10. Image Library.

It consists of Two sub-modules

10.1 Private Image Library

10.2 Public Image Library

For Both private/public image Library, you will get 20MB memory from Socioboard.

10.1 Private Image Library

Here you can upload the image and GIF files by clicking upload Image. After successfully

uploading, the image will be shown on this page. You can delete and compose that image and all

the private images can be used only by you (Admin).

10.2 Public Image Library.

Here, you can upload the image and gif files by using upload Image. After successfully

uploading, the image will be shown on this page so that you can delete and compose that image.

The public image is able to use by both your Team Member and you (Admin) also.

11 . Reports

11.1 Socioboard Team Report

The User can get reports (Team Stats, Twitter Stats, and Facebook Statistics ) of a Selected team

from a list of Teams.

11.1.1 Team Stats

In this module, User can get results about Incoming Messages, Sent messages, New Twitter

followers and New Facebook Page Fans of your Connected Accounts in Socioboard for Selected

Team.

11.1.2 Twitter Stats

Users can see new followers, Link Clicks, Mentions and Retweets for the twitter profiles

connected in the Team.

Daily Engagement

Users can view their detailed graph of last 90 days, about Mentions, Retweets and Followers for

their twitter accounts connected.

Top Five Fans Shows Top 5 fans of your twitter account based on Mentions and Retweets.

11.3 Facebook

One can get all Reports about facebook pages connected to their Socioboard.

Total number of Fans One can see total number of Fans the page have here.

Where user can see all the page details Likes, Comments, Posts and Shares that page have.

11.3.2 Facebook page Custom Report

Where user can see the reports of selected pages ( Page Impressions Impressions by age and

Gender and Posted Content (Feeds posted to our Fb page through Socioboard).

11.4 Instagram

Instagram Reports consists of 2 sub- modules Instagram Report and Instagram Custom

Reports.

Here you can see Followers,Followings,POST-COMMENTS,POST-LIKES,MEDIA,Profiles

Detail and Posts Detail of the Last 90 Days of All Instagram profiles which you added in

Socioboard .

You can also Download,Save,Annotate,Print these report page also.

11.4.2 Instagram Custom Reports.

Here you can see Followers,Followings,POST-COMMENTS,POST-

LIKES,MEDIA,INSTAGRAM DASHBOARD and PROFILE DESCRIPTION Last 15

days to 90 days of Individual Instagram Account which you added in Socioboard.

11.5 YouTube

YouTube Reports consists of 2 sub- modules YouTube Report and YouTube Custom Reports.

11.5.1 YouTube Report

Here You can see the Total No of Subscribers,Views,Likes,Comments,Channels,Videos For

90 Days of all YouTube Channel’s which You Added in Socioboard.

11.5.2 YouTube Custom Report

Here You can see the Subscribers,Views ,Likes ,Comments,Video statistics Last 15 days to 90

days of Individual Youtube Channel which you added in Socioboard.

11.6 Google Analytics.

Here you can see your Website Traffic,Twitter Mentions,Articles & Blog of Google Analytics

profile .

12. Board Me

You can save the keyword that will fetch data from Twitter, Instagram, G-Plus.

By using Create a Board, you can search and save the keyword data from Twitter, Instagram, G-

Plus.

In the Board List we can View, Delete and check Analytics of the saved keywords.

13. Notification

Here the user can get the notification details about scheduled posts from Socioboard.

By clicking on Notification -> User can see the Schedule post details.

14. Team

Team helps you to organize your social profiles and Members.

By creating a team one can add all their social profiles. Invite Team Members (where team

members can get access), so that all the team members can perform the socioboarding activities

with all the connected profiles in that team.

14.1 View Team

By clicking on View Team, User can Redirect to the team page, where he/she can see all the

Team Connected to their Socioboard profile, and Profiles Linked to Socioboard.

14.2 Create New Team

By clicking on this button on the Team page, user can Create a New Team.

A successful team will be created when you give a name to Team and click on the Create button.

14. 3 Manage Teams

By clicking on team name created, a User can view the Team created, where he/she can have the

option to Delete Team and Edit Team.

14.3.1 Profiles available for connection

In this module, user can view all the Profiles that are connected to their socioboard, and can add

them to the team which is already created, by clicking on plus on the profile they will be linked

to Team created.

(Team members who are in the team are also able to add their profiles to this team so that all the

Members of the team can access socioboarding through this team).

14.3.2 Profile Linked to Team

In this module, Admin and Team members can see, all the profiles those are linked to that Team.

14.3.3 Invite new Team members.

By clicking on Invite new Team Members, a window will appear where you can invite your

Friends to Team, by providing First Name, Last Name, and Email id and click on Submit.

An Invitation email will be sent to the email id that you have given, by clicking on that email id

Members can Join the Team.

14.3.4 Pending Team members.

After inviting a Member to the team, the Profiles of that members will be shown, until they Join

the Team.

14.3.5 Accepted Team members.

One can see all the Team members who have accepted the Team request here.

All the Team members in the Team can have access to the team and can perform all

socioboarding activities with the profiles which are connected by that team.

14.3.6 Selecting Team

By selecting Team, and Clicking on the Team name, the user can get the dashboard of the Team

selected, and can start socioboarding with all the profiles that are connected in the team.

17. Account Settings

17.1 Profile Settings. Here you can Update your Profile Details and Delete your Socioboard Account.

17.2 Access Password

17.2.1 Access & Password

Here, By clicking on ‘Change My password’ user can change the Password for their Socioboard

account.

17.2.2 2- Step Login

2-Step Login, adds an extra layer of security for your Socioboard account. Whenever you log

into your account, by giving username and password, you will be asked for a second

authentication code which will be sent to your Registered mobile number as a message, or Mail

to Your registered Mail id (Which user selects for verification).

Enable 2-Step Login.

By clicking on Enable 2-step login button, a window will appear on the screen where the user

needs to provide Password of their Socioboard account.

By this 2-step login is Enabled to your account.

Next step is when User needs to login to their account, they must provide their registered Mobile

Number or Email id, and need to provide OTP or click on the link they got through the mail to

log-in to their account.

Note - User Can’t Enable 2-Step Login if they Registered through Social Networks, or if their

Social sign-in is Enabled.

17.2.3 Social Sign in

You can sign in to Socioboard quickly and easily using your Facebook and Google Plus

Networks.

Enabling Social Sign in

Here one can see the Facebook and Google Plus networks connected to their Socioboard. By

Turning on the button following by the particular network, social sign in for that network to

Enable.

The User can log in without providing Mail id and Password every time just by clicking on Sign-

in with Google, or Sign-in with Facebook button (User need to keep that social profile active

in browser via through he chose to log in).

The User can Disable Social Sign-in if he chooses not to Sign-in using social profiles.

Note - If you share access to a social network with someone else then make sure to switch this

off so that they can't sign into your account.

17.2.4 Sessions

This is a list of devices that have used your account within the past 2 weeks. If there are any

sessions you do not recognize, click the "Revoke" button to log them out.

17.3 Billing.

Here you can Switch your Business Plan, Cancel and Download Invoice

17.4 Email Settings

Here you can Change your Email and Email subscription for Newsletter.

17.5 Apps.

Here you can download Socioboard ios, Android app and install chrome Extension.

17.6 Link Shortening

You can choose any one of Link shortening to short your link which you are sending through

socioboard.

17.7 Referral

Here you can share your Socioboard Referral Code to Your friends.

17.8 E-Wallet. Here you can see your Socioboard Account Balance and all the Transactions Details.
