• Check EMAIL for the instruction to submit the Major Preferences
• Submit a preliminary ranking of the 5 Majors in order of
preferences in Term 1 of the First Year

Statistics
Preliminary allocation statistics with cut off GPA and median of all
Majors will be available for students’ reference
June 2021 Reprioritize of Major
Choices
Upon release of the examination results in Term 2 of the first year,
students can reprioritize their choices and submit their finalized choices
July 2021 Release of Major
Allocation Results
Major allocation results will be released, and students can register next
year courses in Online registration period (late July 2021) according
to their assigned Major

Upon confirmation, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you.
HOW TO REPRIORITIZE YOUR CHOICE IN JUNE 2021
In June 2021, you can view your current preferences submitted in
December 2020 and re-prioritize your ranking if needed.
HOW TO REPRIORITIZE YOUR CHOICE IN JUNE 2021
Once you have finalized your ranking, an acknowledgement email will
be sent to you, you are only allowed to change the ranking ONE TIME
with valid student ID number.
CRITERIA FOR ALLOCATION OF MAJOR
If the number of students ranking aparticular Major as their first choice exceedthe designated quota, priority for allocationof Major will be based on:
• Your preference,• Your cumulative GPA, and• the final grade(s) of your
introduction courses, e.g. ECO 2101,POL 2101, PSY 2101 and SOC2101
Each Major has its fixed quota foradmission, the change of Major would notbe allowed after the release of allocationresult in July 2021.
