Social media use compliance agreement Document Number: MKT C001.01 Approval Authority: Marketing Manager Last Approval Date: 8 July 2015 Review date: 18 December 2017 Audience: All Staff I _________________________ hereby agree and acknowledge that during my employment with UQ Sport Ltd I may be required to access and use mobile devices, including mobile phones and tablets. As part of this duty I acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following requirements: Be familiar with and adhere to UQ Sport’s Code of Conduct*, Employee Handbook*, and other company policies when using mobile devises in reference to UQ Sport. Maintain UQ Sport related social media accounts separate and distinct to personal accounts. Subject to applicable law, online activity that violates UQ Sport’s Code of Conduct or any other company policy may be subject to disciplinary action including termination. Social media use must not interfere with employee’s responsibilities at UQ Sport. UQ Sport’s computer systems are to be used for business purposes only and in accordance with the Acceptable Use of IT Policy*. Use of UQ Sport’s electronic systems and devices for business related social media purposes is acceptable. Personal use of social media networks is allowed during the lunch period (12pm- 2pm). Any personal access outside of the approved time may result in disciplinary action. Be aware of the effect actions may have on personal image, as well as UQ Sport’s image: All information posted and published may be public information for a long time. Be aware that UQ Sport may observe content and information made available through social media. Best judgment should be used in posting material that is appropriate and not harmful to UQ Sport, its employees, or customers and in accordance with the Social Media Policy*. Although not an exclusive list, some specific examples of prohibited social media conduct include posting commentary, content, or images that are defamatory, pornographic, proprietary, harassing, libellous, or that can create a hostile work environment. Publishing, posting or releasing information that is considered confidential or not public is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action including termination. All questions about what is considered confidential are to be forwarded to the Marketing Manager and/or your immediate supervisor in advance. Any press and/or media attention or legal questions as a result of social media networks, blogs and other types of online content must be referred to the Marketing Manager in the first instance. All situations, while using social media, that threaten to become antagonistic, must be reported immediately to the Marketing Manager and/or your immediate supervisor. Gain appropriate permission before referring to or posting images of current or former employees, members, vendors or suppliers. Gain appropriate permission to use a third party's copyrights, copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks or other intellectual property.

This agreement is in addition to the confidential information statement in your Employment

Agreement* and relevant policies*.

At an appropriate time BEFORE your employment ceases, any logins or passwords will be passed on

to your immediate supervisor. Failure to do this could result in the withholding of any money which

might be owed to the employee.

Employee’s declaration

I acknowledge that I have read, understand and accept all conditions outlined in this document.

I authorise UQ Sport Ltd to withhold all monies owed at termination until release of all social media

login, passwords and/ or access.
