• Students less familiar with professional applications of social media
• Creating a class-specific Gmail prevented spam to yellowjackets account and protected privacy
• Use Google Docs & Forms to save time
• Post link to Google Docs and Forms on syllabus & D2L homepage
• Decide if “teaching” or “touching” and assess accordingly
