Title of the project: „Innovations of the Labour Market” – testing and implementation of new methods for the promotion of employment in niche, endangered and less popular occupations.”
Project Leader: Białostocka Fundacja Kształcenia Kadr (Bialystok’s Personnel Training Foundation)
Project Partners: Chamber of Crafts and Entrepreneurship in Bialystok, Applied Vocational Psychology and Policy Research Unit (Luksemburg), the Hanseatic Parliament (Germany)
Aim: the adoption / creation, testing and dissemination / implementation 9 model solutions of consulting, training and cooperation for the promotion of employment in declining, less popular and niche professions

Final Product (social innovation):1. Model of promotion of employment of people 50 +
in declining occupations
Craft of the Third Age: includes advisory and diagnostic tools for the unemployed 50 +, tools and new training solutions in the craft for 50 +, a tool for initiating local cooperation between crafts and labor market institutions for the promotion of endangered professions and unemployed people 50 +.

2. Model for promotion of employment of the disabled in less popular
occupations:
e-Craft: includes advisory and diagnostic tools for unemployed people with disabilities, tools and new solutions training in the craft for people with disabilities, tools for initiating the local cooperation between crafts and labor market institutions to promote less popular professions and people with disabilities.
3. Model for promotion of employment of graduates up to 27 years old in niche occupations:
Crafts (made) to Measure: includes advisory and diagnostic tools for unemployed graduates, tools and new training solutions in the craft for young people including spin-offs and spin-outs, tools for initiating the local cooperation between crafts and labour market institutions to promote niche occupations and unemployed youth

Recipients of the product (end beneficiaries):– unemployed:– people 50 +,– people with disabilities– graduates up to 27 years old

Title of the project: Re:start
Project Leader: Polska Fundacja Przedsiębiorczości (Polish Entrepreneurs Foundation)
Project Partners: Oxford Innovation Ltd. (Great Britain)
Aim: to develop and implement a support tool / instrument for restarters (to increase effectiveness of support for restartes and number of companies established by them)

Adaptability
Final Product (social innovation): a comprehensive model of providing support services to restarters, which will consist of:
a set of standardized coaching, mentoring services and expert advice compiled in the Manual for providing services to coaches, mentors and experts;
database of coaches, mentors and industry experts with the system of required competences, evaluating their work and sample contracts;
on-line tool being a prerequisite for the provision of services, from registering a restarter, through diagnosis of their needs, services provision, to the evaluation thereof, used by all stakeholders, i.e. end beneficiaries, users, experts and Restart Centre
the rules of cooperation between the Restart Centre and users compiled in a Manual for providing services to users;
training programs for new participants in the service provision system, i.e. users, coaches, mentors and industry experts.
Adaptability
The innovation will also result in the establishment of a Restart Centre that will provide services for restarters according to the service provision model.
Users of the product:
labour market institutions / business environment institutions, whose regular offer includes the support for entrepreneurs, individuals planning to start a business, or the unemployed
Recipients of the product (End beneficiaries): restarters, i.e. adults, who due to various reasons ceased running business and are planning to start it again.

Title of the project: Wielkopolska monitoring and forecasting system
Project Leader: Politechnika Poznańska (Poznań University of Technology)
Project Partners: Central Ostrobothnia University of Applied Sciences (Kokkola, Finland)
Aim: to satisfy the information needs in the scope of adapting vocational education to labour market requirements.

Final Product (social innovation): the “Wielkopolska monitoring and forecasting system” in the field of vocational training is an organizational and technical solution that will enable access and sharing of information to all stakeholders.
Monitoring and forecasting includes, inter alia, demand for skills and qualifications among employers and the supply of professional skills among students of vocational schools and educational institutions engaged in vocational training. The product may become the basis for the creation of the modern labour market observatory.
The core of this solution is dynamic, updated by the parties (i.e. labor market institutions database, schools, businesses and students, enabling the generation of information desired by certain customers.
The “Wielkopolska monitoring and forecasting system” consists of three subsystems:
monitoring and forecasting; IT; management.

Title of the project: Equality as standard of good government
Project Leader: Feminoteka Foundation
Project Partners: Polish Society of Anti-Discrimination Law, Institute Laudator (Poland), City of Vantaa, Finnish Human Rights League (Finland), University of Macerata (Italy)
Aim: is to improve the implementation of equality and anti-discrimination policies in the provision of public services by local government authorities

Good GovernanceFinal Product (social innovation) includes: Training Programme for officers consisting of 6 modules divided
into awareness part (concerning the issue, mechanism, and anti-discrimination actions) and practical part (with methods of applying Equality Standard and Equality Index in the public office)
EQUALITY STANDARD is a description of the target situation (the desired state of equality in local government). Standard consists of 10 elements (indicators of equality), whose combined performance and proper application will ensure effective implementation of equality policies in the office. Adoption of the Standard is an expression of commitment of local authorities in promoting the principle of equality and non-discrimination, as well as the declaration of the implementing it on its territory. Standard answers the question: How it should be? What to do to achieve desired state of equality?
Good Governance
EQUALITY INDEX is a tool with which each office can examine and achieve equality standard. It is a comprehensive system for measuring the implementation of quality policy in the public services provided by local government, based on identified in EQUALITY STANDARD indicators.
Index answers the question: how to test and measure the current state of implementation of equality and how to reach a higher level of the Standard?
