minority owner company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. . ECFC is a hub for the creation of small minority businesses that are properly and professional managed. The ECFC ownership, in conjunction with its coalition partners, community leaders and employees uses sound business concepts to provide high quality services not only to create new job opportunities but provide extensive job training in various trades and mentoring programs to help nurture individuals to their full potential.
