Social economic aspectBeing strategically situated in Quezon City, the project will be in an environment suitable for operation. All mark out products will be donated to a chosen charity like CRIBS. The proposed project will bring about both socio and economic benefits. Our target market will be coming from students, recent college/graduate, longtime stay-at-home parents, offices, nearby villages and those with little or no work history. The project will provide jobs for these people in order to enhance their skills for the battlement of our country. Likewise the project will improve their quality of life in the community we serve. It will also provide additional revenue to the government in terms of taxes paid.It will also help in the development of an economy by giving the people the chances to establish a sustainable income. Eventually increase in the disposable income will lead to economic development and growth.

FORECAST AND FINANCIAL DATA FINANCIAL ANALYSIS The business was formed by an agreement of three persons and we called it a Limited Partnership(LP), meaning having a member of one or more general partners and one or more limited partners, the latter not being personally liable for partnership debts. All partners are capitalist, 50% from alair, and 25% each from flores and guiterring for initial capital. The General partner (Alair) will share in the management responsibility of the partnership operations while the limited partners (Flores, Guitering) will not take charge in its operations. The Mangers will have a fixed salary while the rest will received an agreed amount The Red Oven will have a sharing fund of Php 1, 200, 000.00 that came from the invested capital of the partners and will have an equal profit sharing at the end of the period.
