Jon&Rask&is&a&Research&Scientist&in&the&Space&Biosciences&Research&Branch&at&NASA&Ames&Research&Center.&His&research&interests&include&astrobiology,&space&biology,&and&the&exploration&of&the&Moon&and&Mars.&Jon&has&developed&and&tested&life&science&hardware&and&experiments&that&flew&aboard&the&Space&Shuttle&and&the&International&Space&Station,&and&has&been&a&test&subject&for¶bolic&flights&and&human¢rifuge&studies.&He&has&also&characterized&the&toxicity&of&Apollo&lunar&dust&specimens,&conducted&numerous&desert,&hydrothermal,&and&polar&field&investigations&and¤tly&serves&as&Director&of&the&NASA&Space&Life&Sciences&Training&Program.

Colonel&Matthew&R.&Brooks&is&commander&of&the&5th&Bomb&Wing,&Minot&Air&Force&Base,&ND.&He&leads&more&than&3,500&Airmen&and&is&responsible&for&operations&involving&the&wing's&fleet&of&Bb52&bombers&to&provide&deterrence&and&longbrange&strike&capability&for&combatant&command&operations&worldwide.&Additionally,&his&command&provides&logistics&support&for&the&91st&Missile&Wing&at&Minot&AFB.
Colonel&Brooks&received&his&commission&following&graduation&from&the&U.S.&Air&Force&Academy&in&1996.&&Earning&his&wings&as&a&distinguished&graduate&from&undergraduate&pilot&training&in&1998,&he&has&flown&more&than&2,500&hours,&to&include&over&750&hours&in&combat&during&Operations&Enduring&Freedom&and&Iraqi&Freedom.
Colonel&Brooks&has&served&in&a&variety&of&operational&assignments&as&a&Bb1&instructor&and&evaluator&pilot&at&Dyess&AFB,&Texas&and&Ellsworth&AFB,&South&Dakota.&&He&held&staff&assignments&at&the&Pentagon&serving&

Dr.&Moye&served&as&the&VTEEA&President&Elect,&President,&and&Immediate&Past&President&from&2010&to&2013.&In&2011,&the&International&Technology&and&Engineering&Educators&Association&(ITEEA)&recognized&Dr.&Moye&as&“A&Leader&to&Watch.”&In&2013,&Dr.&Moye&received&the&ITEEA&Distinguished&Technology&Educator&(DTE)&designation.&He&received&the&Dr.&Gerald&F.&Day&authorship&award&in&2013&and&2015.
In&2009/2010&he&served&as&a&member&of&the&National&Assessment&of&Educational&Progress&b&Technology&and&Engineering&Literacy&Assessment&(NAEPbTEL)&Framework&Development&Steering&Committee.&In&2015&he&was&selected&as&the&content&specialist&for&the&NAEPbTEL&Achievement&Level&Setting&process.&

Teacher&of&the&Year&with&a®ional&technological&business&group.
Her&framework&includes&a&way&for&all&the&subjects&to&interrelate&with&each&other&and&with&a&rapidly&changing&world&for&the&purpose&of&developing&realitybbased,&lifeblong&learning&skills&called,&”FUNctional&Literacy&for&All.”&The&STEAM&framework&and&developing&model&of&education&can&be¶phrased&in&the&following&definition:&“Science&and&Technology,&interpreted&through&Engineering&and&the&Arts,&all&based&in&a&language&of&Mathematics.”&The&‘A’&stands&for&all&of&the&Liberal&Arts&

As&international®ions&began&adopting&the&STEAM&framework,&she&became&a&consultant&helping&develop&programs&in&the&US,&Korea,&and&Qatar.&In&2014,&she&presented&a&keynote&at&the&Shanghai&Forum&on&STEAM&Literacy&in&China&and&was&a&panelist&at&the&Open&Innovations&Forum&in&Moscow,&Russia.&In&2015,&she&was&invited&to&join&the&Global&Education&Futures&Forum&and&was&also&elected&as&a&US&representative&on&the&International&Maker&Education&Committee.
