Health & Fitness: 2.5 credits

All courses listed in the Health/Fitness section of the course description book count toward the Health & Fitness credit: Health, Field/Court Sports, Conditioning, Advanced Conditioning, Aerobics, Advanced Aerobics

Occupational Education/Career & Technical Education: 1 credit (Course Codes beginning with CT). All courses listed in the Career/Technical Education section of the course description book

count toward the Occupational Education credit. Most students complete this credit in 9th grade by passing DigiTools and Independent Living. Other courses at GKHS that can count toward Occupational Education credit are:

o Metals/Jewelry & Designo Advanced Metals/Jewelry & Design

Career Education: 0.5 credit Students must complete their Portfolio and Student Led Conferences through

Advisory/Careers class in grades 10 – 11. Students must pass each semester during 10-11 grades. 0.125 credit is awarded for each semester passed.

Culminating Project: 0.5 credit Students must complete their Portfolio and the Bethel School District Culminating Project

through their Careers/Culminating Project class in their senior year. Students must pass each semester during 12th grade. 0.25 credit is awarded for each

semester passed.

Electives: 5 credits Any classes listed in the course description book may count toward elective credit. Students may not count a class in more than one credit area.

Total Credits Required for Graduation: 22.5
