HPL Pelangi is able to be postformed. Postforming process allows the seamless application of Pelangi HPL on any wooden surfaces. This includes any edges that comes with the surfaces.

MAINTENANCE HPL

Tujuan dari HPL harus dijaga sebelum digunakan adalah untuk menyeimbangkan kadar air dalam komponen. Dengan kata lain menjaga kondisi HPL dalamkondisi baik agar terhindar dari proses kerusakan HPL. Jika suhu terlalu lembab akan mengalami keretakan begitu juga sebaliknya. Karena itu penyesuaiansuhu yang terbaik adalah di 18-25°C dan kelembapan di 50-65%. Harap pastikan juga bahwa persyaratan berikut sudah terpenuhi.Selain menyusun, HPL juga diperlukan perawatan, seperti:1. Menyimpan dipermukaan yang rata2. Jauh dari kontak dengan elemen air dan sejenisnya3. Hindari sentuhan langsung terhadap sinar matahari4. Jika tersedia pelapis pelindung HPL sebaiknya harus dicek di bulan ke-6, karena pada periode tersebut permukaan HPL yang diberi laminasi akan

memiliki pengaruh bagi permukaan atas HPL yang akan mengakibatkan kerusakan.5. Ditangani dengan hati hati.

HPL PELANGI hanya menjamin kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh kerusakan produk sendiri itu sendiri, tidak menjamin jika telah diproses untuk menjadiproduk lainnya. Sebaiknya saat akan mengaplikasikan produkHPL PELANGI, produk lain yang akan digunakan juga dipastikan tidak ada kesalahan manufaktur yang dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan pada HPL sepertialat potong dan perekat.

USER PRECAUTION

1. Hindari peletakan alat-alat yang panas secara langsung tanpa alas, ini dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan pada lapisan atas HPL, sebaiknya gunakanpelindung alas panas sebelum meletakkan alat-alat tersebut.

2. Penggunaan acid dan abrasive yang berlebihan juga dapat menyebabkan lapisan atas HPL rusak.3. Gunakan lap/spons/kuas yang lembut saat membersihkan lapisan atas HPL4. Gunakan alat potong HPL yang tajam, sebaiknya hindari pemotongan HPL tanpa menggunakan alat potong yang kurang tajam.5. Untuk menghindari goresan pada lapisan atas HPL, terutama pada lapisan Glossy dan warna gelap, hindari pengambilan dengan menggeser secara

kasar pada saat ditumpuk dan harus ditangani secara perlahan-lahan.6. Disarankan agar waktu penyesuaian kondisi penempelan adalah 48 Jam setelah itu dapat dilanjutkan proses berikutnya.
