SPRAY CANS -- VENDING SOLUTION FOR (USING #6 COILS)

Here are some images of the process of fitting the cans. You will have two options for a path. At first I was using four rows but the motor was in the third position from the left. This worked however the coil wanted to walk while spinning. I used this method but jumped up to the single coils because there were no holes drilled for me to install a motor on the bottom shelf in the third position. After I tried it I swapped the motor to the fourth position and it worked very well. You could do this in the double coil easily and not sacrifice four singles. I will try to outline my process to make it as easy as possible.

I pulled the drawer out using the white lever on the right. Once the tray was out I again used the lever and lifted the tray to gain access

to the back. Unplug the wire harness on the furthest left motor leaving the second motor plugged inRemove the coils from the first motor and the slave coils by using a screw driver to press the snaps on the back side, see image 6 for

the end of the coil to be pinched.Remove the motor with a Philips screw driverRemove the dividers with a Philips screw driver and a wrench on the nut on the back. Image 3At this point you will be ready to re-install the replacement coil into the motor. There is a plate that rotates to allow the coil to come

off and the new one installed. Place the new coil in and you are ready to do a motor count for the system to see the motor missing. Press the service mode button on the board, image 7, and go to the PIN Pad on the outside. it will display "Restock Options". Select the 0 and it will display "Hardware". Press # until it displays "Motor Count" now select 0. It will go through the count and display how many motors are plugged in. If you select the # again it will go to "test vend" Select 0 and it will display "Single" select 0 and input the coil you wish to test.

Give me a call when you are ready and I will try to walk you through it. Call the Cell please. It's the best way to get me. ThanksMike Burchett
