Steel sheets have numerous advantages and they set new quality standard for unrivalled technical, functional and design features. Panel sheet is the perfect solution for roofs of small inclinations.

Snap Lock is a professional product and all aspects associated with keeping flat surface are observed during production. When paired with the correctly prepared base on support structure, the roof tiles form a perfectly flat, unwaved roof.

Both-sided start edgeEach sheet has a charge-free bothsided starting edge with a length of 30 mm. One of the protruding sheet parts depending on the way the sheet is installed is folded into start drip flashing F21.

Extremely high profileThe effective profile height is as much as 30 mm measured from the base. The product provides an excellent form of roofing which clearly stands out among products with lower profile heights.

Tention control systemThe production of the Snap Lock seam is covered by a comprehensive tension control system. This allows you to maintain the expected flat shape of the profile after snap locking on the roof, by removing the risk of corrugation of the surface. This is one of the key factors of the profile straightforwardness.

Aesthetics above all The sheets feature the Bratex Seam-Lock stop ends on both sides. The stop ends close off the profile opening when the sheet is snap-locked in place. Each metal roof tile package comes with a free tool for proper closing of the stop ends.

Length compensationA concealed mounting strip is designed to compensate for the thermal expansion of aluminium sheets up to 12 m in length.The distinguishing feature are the largest available screw slots: 25 mm in length.

Sheet thickness 0.6 mmThis product is available in its flagship option, SSAB Ceramic Matt version BT 350, 0.6 mm thick. The sheets are extremely rigid in transport and use.

Surface finishWe offer up to four types of surface finish between the steams: classical flat, explicit micro-corrugation, trapezoid segment and unusual semi-corrugation with a subtle wave.

Interlining applicationTwo interfacing options, the soundproofing SOUNDCONTROL and the anti-condensation DRIPSTOP, are available for factory application on the sheet underside. The interfacing options are available with every finish type and professionally bonded 15 cm away from the sheet’s two-sided start edge.

Rounded cornersA safe product is essential for convenient construction work and use. All sheet corners are chamfered along the radius which eliminates the risk of injury or scratching other metal parts of the roofing.

The metal sheet underside can feature the optional SOUNDCONTROL interfacing which reduces the rainfall noise from the sheet by 6 dB. Another option is the DRIPSTOP anti-condensation interfacing which retains the condensate. It is perfect for unheated buildings. See details in the Product Documentation.

The interfacing is applied automatically during the manufacturing process and adhesively bonded to the bottom side of the metal sheets in between side slopes — at an innovative distance of 15 cm from the edge of the factory-made bend, on any type of surface finish.

Optional product finishWe offer additional finishing elements for flat surface, for improving sound parameters, rigidity of the product and give individual style to the sheet.
