EXTERNAL Rainwater Downpipes
rainwater pipe terminated at building foundation wall should be extended with bends away from the building into side drains
downpipe connection at the northeast corner of
the building should be made good for water discharge into pvc pipe
Access ramp the access ramp slope of 1:2 is to seep; the accepted gradient is 1:10 or maximum 1:8
the ramp should be finished at grade level and not
with a riser
Plumbing pipe grey water pipes exposed at grade to be buried at least 12” below grade, or ground level be raised 12” with selected backfilled material
grey water pipes should have a minimum 2% fall
Make good to broken tile edge and complete joint with grout
Clean and remove all stain on wall tiles surface
Improve wall surface preparation at lamp and make good paint finish
Remove paint marks on lamp holder
The slope to this ramp exceeds the minimum slope of 1:10
The exposed grey water pipes are required to be buried
