1) Shri Ajit Kamlakar Chachad and I myself Sheela Ajit Chachad got married on 5thJuly 1964 that

time. me sheela ajit chachad and my all family members were present similarly From Ajit kamlakar

Chachad side he had been with Aruna Chachad that is After marriage Vijaya Laxmi Vagal was also

present.

2) For this marriage we did not had permission from Ajit kamlakar chachad family because I sheela

ajit chachad belonged to other caste but after the birth of my first child in year 1965 they allowed me

in the house within one year. Even though we were staying separately at worli we use come and go at

this place in Girgoan. Similarly my father in law kamlakar balvanta chachad and Shushila Kamlakar

Chachad also use to come at worli residence

3) During marriage of vijaya laxmi me Sheela Ajit Chachad and my husband ajit kamlakar chachad

were staying in girgoan and so we both took the responsibility of her marriage (financial) in the year

1966

4) In the year 1967 Vijaya Laxmi was pregnant and came to stay at our worli house with her husband

praful vagal and my father in law kamlakar balvanta chachad and my mother in law Shushila kamlakar

chachad. Vijaya laxmi was admitted at maternity home of Dr Sabnis at century Bazaar her first

daughter Pradnya Vagal after marriage pooja Haldankar was staying in worli till she grew of 6 months.

5) In 1967 I delivered a son name Bhushan Ajit Chachad after his birth till his name ceremony my

father in law kamlakar balvanta chachad and mother in law Shushila Kamlakar Chachad were staying

with us in my worli residence

6) Vijaya laxmi was pregnant again so came to our place in girgoan .her husband use to harass her and

mentally as well as physically and so she came at girgoan place to stay forever. My father in law

kamlakar balvanta chachad gave them 4 houses each at a time with all luxurious but her husband

Praful vagal sold everything each time. As my Father in law was working after his retirement in 1968

to 1970 approximately he got retired his provident fund and rest of his savings were spended on both

of them (vijaya laxmi vagal and Praful vagal) even after all this he (Praful vagal) continued harassing

vijaya laxmi and so she left him and came back with both the daughter home in girgoan in year 1972.

7) As I was working my elder daughter went with my father in law Kamlakar Balvanta Chachad and

ill her 10th

was under his observation similarly in 1988 my daughter got married in the same house in

girgoan.

8) In 1989 my father in law died.

9) In the year 1990 my daughter was pregnant and complete care was taken by y mother in law

Shushila kamlakar Chachad with all enthusiasm.

10) Vijaya laxmis elder daughter was married to Rajan haldankar and all the things for her marriage

was taken care by me sheela ajit chachad and my husband ajit kamlakar chachad.

11) All the expenses of her i.e. vijaya laxmi and her both daughter were taken care by me and my

husband. Till the time her younger daughter got married and even after that vijaya laxmi was staying

with us in the same house she never went to her husband till now.

12) My son Bhushan Chachad got married in 1997 due to lack of place and privacy they thought of

taking a block at kalyan and for that also they got permission from my mother in law Shushila

kamlakar chachad. In 2002 after their daughters birth they went at kalyan.

13) In the year 2006 my husband died. Before that he himself took care of all the house hold needs andexpenses after his death being his better half I sheela ajit chachad took all these responsibilities. The

entire expenses like rent electricity bills were paid by me through cheque.

14) After the death of my husband I also took responsibilities of my Mother in law Shushila Kamlakar

Chachad and Vijaya laxmi both morally and financially

15) On 16thDecember 2010 my mother in law expired and as we both me sheela ajit chachad and

vijaya laxmi were old my son Bhushan Ajit Chachad asked us to come and stay at his place but vijaya

laxmi gave him n number of reasons and refused to go with him

16) Approximately in 2011 me sheela ajit chachad and my son Bhushan ajit chachad were sent notice

by court with all the wrong and invalid reasons.

17) My both daughters and son were brought up in the same place and also got married here.
