Have you ever considered what happens to
your body whenever you smoke a cigarette?
We all know that smoking is dangerous, but did we ever
stop to wonder what is there in this fume that makes it
so dangerous to us?
In reality, tobacco smoke contains not just two or three,
but five “killers” that can destroy your health!
What does tobacco smoke contain?
What can Smoking do to your
body?
Smoking introduces carcinogens to the body. These are known to cause abnormal cell growth and reproduction as found with cancer.
Along with this, smoking also introduces unhealthy heavy metals to the body, such as cadmium and mercury.
Some Diseases
Smoking can
cause.*Smoking can have many harmful effects on our body. A
person addicted to smoking may be more likely to get
fatal and harmful respiratory diseases.
*Smokers may suffer from some dreadful diseases like
Cancer, Lung Diseases, Respiratory problems and
other diseases related to the kidneys, pancreas and
liver.
Smokers never get
old because they die
young
Smoking doesn't just affect you, it can also
affect people around you. This is called
passive smoking.
If someone smokes a cigarette around you,
then you might also inhale the deadly smoke
and it could make you ill.

How to stop Smoking
Sometimes it just takes will to avoid and stop
smoking.
We should always say NO to a cigarette, no matter
what. By doing so we are saving our own lives from
diseases.
