● CoordinatingallReunionregistration,bothonlineandprint● CommunicatingReuniondatestoalumnaeinReunionclassesintheyearbeforeReunion● Planningprogrammingandintellectualcontentthathighlightscollegeprogramsand

priorities● AssistingandsupportingReunionChairsinplanningtheirclassprogramandproviding

historicalReunioninformation● Reunionspaceassignments(housing,headquarters,programspace)● Coordinatingwithvariouscollegedepartments,includingFacilitiesManagement,Dining

Services,EducationalTechnologyServices(ETS),andstudentworkerstopreparethecampusforreturningalumnae

● CoordinatingwithoutsidecatererstoprovidesupportforReunioneventsTheSmithFundstaffTheSmithFundstaffworksyear‐roundonbuildingsupportfortheannualgivingprogram.EachclasshasadesignatedstaffpersonwhoworksdirectlywithSmithFundvolunteersinadvancingtheirclass’sfund‐raisinggoals.AmemberofTheSmithFundofficeassistsFundTeamCoordinators,ClassFundAgents,andSpecialGiftChairsinsolicitingclassmatesfortheirannualgifts,screeningclassmatesformajorgiftprospects,settingclassgoalsandprovidingapersonalconnectionandoutreachtoclassmateswhilepromotingthecollege’scaseforsupport.BygivingtoTheSmithFund,allclassmatescanhonortheirReunionwhetherornottheycanreturntocampusfortheirReunion.ReunionStudentAmbassadorsAllclassesareassigned2‐5studentambassadorswhoarecarefullyselectedforthesehighlycompetitivepositions.Theyareavailabletohelpinwhateverwaysareneeded,suchasassistingwithheadquarterssetup,assistingwithmealcheck‐ins,andguidingalumnaethroughReunionprograms.Ambassadorsattendallclassdinnersasguestsoftheclass.
