IntroductionThe pleasures of drinking and
collecting good wine can become an
all consuming passion for some. A
well chosen collection means you
can always find the right wine for
the right occasion. When carefully
cellared, wine can also create a
valuable investment for the long
term. You may favour full bodied
reds, crisp, dry whites or sweet,
delicious blends. Whatever your
taste and level of wine appreciation,
the Essential Wine Lover’s guide to
Good Drinking and Cellaring Wine
gives readers a comprehensive
overview to the selection of fine
wines and its storage and cellaring
options.
Good drinking and good collecting!
