Linea SFP140 pyrolitic oven – available in two new finishes

Heading up the range of built-in products is the SFP140 Linea pyrolitic oven, combining professional-style functionality with the latest cooking technologies. The top of the range appliance is available in silver glass, stainless steel and all new black and white colour ways. All models now feature touch screens and soft close doors.

Designed to take the guesswork out of cooking your favourite dishes, the self-cleaning SFP140 features a colour LCD display with Smeg’s MultiMenu system. Not only can you pre-program food types, temperature and duration, but select the perfect cooking mode for your meal and the optimal shelf position for your food with the simple EasyGuide touch controls. A total of 50 automatic SmartSense programmes ensure the best results every time. The oven includes 10 customisable recipes that can be personalised and stored, warming and proving functions for keen bakers, plus defrost, low-temperature, rapid pre-heat and delayed cooking settings. Most models in the Linea collection also offer pyrolytic or vapour clean technologies for quick and simple maintenance.

The wide variety of features make the SPF140 ideal for anyone from amateur chefs to real foodies and boasts an impressive maxi oven capacity offering five different cooking levels.

SF4120MC and SF4140MC 60cm Linea Compact Combination Microwave Ovens

Also new to the Linea collection are two compact combination microwave ovens. The SF4120MC is available in all four colour ways and features a contemporary touchscreen display, while the SF4140MC includes a colour LCD display. Both models offer maxi oven capacity with 16 special functions including Circulaire* with fan element, Eco light**, and quick start. The SF4120MC has 20 additional automatic cooking programmes, while the SF4140MC an impressive 50 programmes, plus interactive touchscreen controls for speedier switching between microwave and traditional oven settings.

SF4120M Linea 60cm Compact Microwave Oven with Grill

The Linea SF4120M Compact Microwave Oven with Grill comes in stainless steel and stylish black and white finishes, with a maxi oven capacity offering five cooking functions, four automatic programmes, and the ability to defrost by time or weight. The model also features an LCD display and options such as Eco light and quick start.

SF4120VC and SF4140VC Linea Compact Combination Steam Ovens

The SF4120VC and SF4140VC Compact Combination Steam ovens also come in all four colour ways – stainless steel, silver glass, black and white.

The SF4120VC features an LCD display while the SF4140VC adds interactive touchscreen controls. Both ovens include 12 cooking functions, including Circulaire with fan element and steam functions such as tank cleaning, water outlet and water input options. Rapid pre-heating and energy saving modes are also included.

The SF4120VC offers 20 automatic cooking programmes, with 50 on the SF4140VC covering a huge range of standard and steam options. The SF4140VC also includes a vapour clean function that uses steam to loosen deposits in the oven capacity.

All Linea ovens have had display windows standardised to offer visual coordination across the range, as well as complete horizontal and vertical alignment across all ovens, compacts and warming drawers.

Linea CTP1015 15cm handle-less, built-in warming drawer

The CTP1015 15cm built-in warming drawer sits directly beneath a 45cm height compact oven. Both items fit together in a standard 60cm aperture to create a streamlined galley style kitchen look. Ideal for keeping plates and food warm, the 20.5 litre drawers have a flush, handle-less design making them perfectly suited to sleek, contemporary kitchens. It is available in all four colour ways – stainless steel, silver glass, black and white.

Linea CTP1029 29cm built-in warming drawer

The CT1029 29cm built-in warming drawer sits directly beneath standard, compact and microwave ovens, and provides the perfect setting for low temperature cooking up to 80C (176F). It comes in a sleek stainless steel finish.

New collection of Linea hobs

Finally, Smeg introduces new stainless steel hobs with redesigned pan stands for greater alignment and functionality. The P1640XT, P1641XT and P1752XT are accessibly priced and complement the rest of the Linea range, allowing consumers to create a co-ordinated kitchen.

• Circulaire combines the fan and circular element of the oven to give a hot air cooking method. This provides many benefits to the user, including no requirement to preheat the oven (if cook time is less than 20 minutes), smaller energy consumption and shorter cook times. It also ensures flavours are not transferred when different foods are cooked at the same time.

• Eco-logic cooking allows users to restrict the power limit of the appliance, offering an energy-saving alternative.

• The Linea oven collection comprises four different oven models, from the top-of-the-range SFP140 through to the mid-range SFP125 and SFP109 models and the standard SF109.
