What is the right addon?• Transport of Dangerous Goods (VAK) is
for shipments which are marked with
class labels
• LQ Transport (LQ Kuljetus) is for dangerous goods packed in
limited quantities
ATTENTION: Instruction starts with choosing the right addon.

• You are sending 400 liters of flammable, toxic liquid in 2
barrols, which are loaded on a
europallet. Choose addon Transport of Dangerous Goods (VAK) / LQ
Transport
It opens up additional
input fields:
• Declarant is used
for senders name
• NOTE: Fields Handling Information 1-4 will be printed on the
additional page
Dangerous goods document if used but information is not
transferred in EDI to Posti

• Not all DG have Technical name, Subsidiary risk or
Packing Group. Our example does have
• Tunnel Restriction Code is not yet mandatory
• Package type is in our example barrel
• ADR class is the same as label number
• NOTE: Enter only Weight (kg) or Volume (l)
according to classification, for example for solids
use Weight kg and for liquids Volume (liters).
• Quantity-field is for number of barrels you entered in
Package type-field
• After finished entering DG information choose Print

NOTE:
When printing you get colli labels and waybill with
dangerous
goods information. Depending on the printing rules you may
also
get an extra page Dangerous Goods Transport Document. There
is no need for it.

LQ Transport 1
• You are sending aerosols packed in limited quantities, which
are loaded on a euro pallet.
LQ gross mass is 370 kg and the whole shipment (pallet) weights
450kg.
• Choose addon Transport of Dangerous Goods (VAK) / LQ
Transport
It opens up additional input fields:
• Declarant-field is for senders name
• NOTE: Fields Handling Information 1-4 will not be printed onto
transport documents nor transferred in
EDI to Posti
