Thanks to the realisation of a new system for liquor sunctionand circulation (MCS patent), Smartflow allows to dye at lowliquor ratio, down to 1:3,5. Futhermore, a muti-suction, vertical, centrifugal pumpguarantees machine performances also by reduced loads.

Two side-tanks for products, each one complete with its own mixer,pneumatic probe, heating coil, liquor recycling to make productdissolving and mixing much easier. Thanks to these equipments down times and waiting times aremuch reduced, also in case of automatic dispensing systems.

PCTE: industrial PC developed in Win-dows room to improve all diagnosticfunctions, monitoring and automationof dyeing machines.With Touch-Screen, purposely de-signed for industrial use, the access tofunctions is easy and immediate.
