| Financing help• Either a concession contract with Egis paying for the initial investment
cost (CapEx) and getting a monthly fixed fee during the operation phase. Risk transfer to the operator.
• Or a service contract with the Municipality paying for the initial investment and a fee for the operations (depending on operator performances)
