Mobile App (iOS & Android)
Fashionalia app was created to bring the digital shopping experience to the physical store, giving rise to a new term known as Omnichannel.
The app will be mandatory to carry out any purchase in the physical store.

The store has a registration area, in which Personal Shoppers team will explain how to download the App, how to register or how to buy through the different digital devices that will be available to the customer in the store.
• Counter: In this area there is a counter for bagging purchases made at the store, returns, changes, invoicing, gift vouchers…
• Rest Area: There is a sofa area, where the customer can be assisted by our team while having a courtesy coffee of Fashionalia

Discovering a New Shopping Experience
Through the QR code reader of the Fashionalia App, the customer can scan the product label, discovering at that time all product variations with the advantages of being a Fashionalia VIP user

The store has a very disruptive central element, a cube 3 Led screens (3m wide x 3m high), which will be used as a communication element throughout the campaign
In Fashionalia, this central part of the store will be used to carry out Marketing Campaigns on specific dates such as: Valentine's Day, Christmas, Black Friday, Sale, etc.

The store has two digital kiosks integrated in two columns, with which the customer can interact, accessing the entire catalog of both the
brands we have in store, as well as the rest of the brands we have online
✓ The Kiosks will have a brand section with the entire catalog available, inspirational content for customers, as well as seasonal Look books that help boost sales.
✓ When in standby mode they will be used as a communication tool.
✓ Customers who approach to these screens less than 1m away, will automatically see the product they have in hand appearing in the nearest Kiosk.

Smart Mirrors (1/2)The store has 4 fitting rooms, 3 of them have Smart Mirrors integrated. From the fitting room you can select color, size, add to the CART or ask the Personal Shopper for a garment that will automatically reach the Smart Watch

✓ The customer can select between Mirror Mode and Screen Mode.
✓ In screen mode, the mirror shows the selected item along with available colors and sizes.
✓ When the customer requests an item, an order is generated. This appears on the side of the mirror showing its status and on all vendor watches.
✓ This makes better shopping experience and increases sales.
The Personal Shoppers Smart Watch can display the requested item, size and the fitting room from which it is requested. You can see the detail of the article and attend the order.

Whether through the QR codes of the product labels or the codes generated through the digital media of the store, the purchase process will be carried out exclusively through the Fashionalia app.
