Whose Technology is it Anyway?
• Universities set technology objectives to meet organizational needs.
• We don't apply our own "BEST PRACTICES" -- that learners learn best when they take an active role in their own learning. What technologies do our students use?
• Knowledge is everywhere and unmanageable.
• The cloistered university versus the open, customized, public forum -- the university of the future.
