Implementation
1. Formation of Smart City SPV
Kota Smart City Limited SPV would be jointly promoted by the Kota Municipal Corporation and the State Government of Rajasthan (equal shareholding pattern in the SPV). The SPV formation would be as per Ministry of Urban Development and RUIFDCO guidelines The SPV may have multiple subsidiaries and may enter into agreements with private parties / para-statal bodies
2. Preparation of DPR
It is estimated that tendering and smart city DPR preparation would happen in first six months of the project During this period, existing projects which are essential to converge with the smart solutions like Door-to-Door Collection and segregation would be undertaken
3. Implementation of Pan-city Proposal and Area Based Development
