Who We Are The WCOED is a non-profit 501(c)(6) public /

private organization created to enhance the

economic viability of and quality of life in Wyandot

County. Whether you are a beginning

entrepreneur or an experienced small business

professional, the WCOED is willing to work with

you to find any forms of available assistance that

can help to profitably grow your business.

Our organization offers assistance for those

seeking building & equipment financing, workforce

development funding, site selection assistance,

research & development assistance, and

permitting assistance as well. Whatever your

business or project needs may be, the Wyandot

County Office of Economic Development can

help to streamline the process.

and small business development, our

organization aligns itself with partners who do

What We Do The Wyandot County Office of Economic

Development (WCOED) offers a wide-ranging

scope of services designed to best connect

existing local small businesses as well as new

start up businesses with resources that can aid in

their profitable growth. Through initial discussion

and data collection, the WCOED can connect

local entrepreneurs with local resources, provide

access to resources outside of the local area, and

also provide direct guidance and education in

specific areas. The WCOED is committed to

providing Wyandot County’s small businesses,

the largest part of our local economy, with the

resources they need to both establish themselves

and remain profitable.
