The SM 210 LSN RW Single Action Call Point is used forsetting off an alarm by hand in the LSN.
They are suitable for use throughout Europe (exceptGermany).

After the glass pane (1) is broken, the alarm is triggered bythe call point of the microswitch (2) jumping forward andthe indicator LED (3) blinks.
To reset the microswitch (2), replace the glass plate (1).The indicator LED (3) goes out.
This does not reset the alarm on the fire panel.
Individual call point identification with display of the callpoint address on the fire panel ensures the quick locationof the triggered call point.
Call point test (test alarm):In an alarm test, the button key is pushed upwards into thecut-out (4). This releases the catch (5) on the plate (1): theplate shifts downwards and the microswitch is triggered(2).
VariantsThe designs of the Single Action Call Points for interior andexterior areas are identical. Three installation variants areavailable:
• SM 210 LSN RW, for indoor surface mounting• SM 210 LSN RW, for indoor flush mounting• SM 210 LSN RW, for outdoor surface mountingThe call points for interior areas are available in red andblue; the call points for exterior areas are available in red.
Installation/Configuration Notes
• Manual call points must be mounted visibly alongescape and rescue routes (e. g. exits, passageways,stairwells) and be easily accessible.
• An installation height of 1400 mm ±200 mm, measuredfrom the middle of the call point to the floor, must bemaintained.
• Manual call points must be adequately illuminated bysunlight or another light source (including emergencylighting if present).
• The maximum number of LSN elements that may beconnected depends on their current consumption fromthe LSN data line. The limit values should be taken fromthe product information supplied with the fire panelused.
• Standards, guidelines and planning recommendationsregarding the installation location etc. should also betaken into consideration.
• The regulations of the local fire services must beobserved.
