SLUSH MACHINE* Pick machine up by theBOTTOMONLY- DO NOT pick up by the reservoir's

* Inspect machine before starting. * Make sure the slush machinereservoir feet are pushed backbehind the lip- if not slush liquid will go every where

* Visibly make sure seal aroundback of reservoir is secure

InstructionsSlush MachineWARNING: Do Not use an extension cord!Use on a 20-amp circuit by itself.Make sure there is at least eight inches of clearance on all sides of machinefor proper ventilation. The liquid will not freeze without proper ventilation.Do not place fmgers or any other objects into the reservoir or feed hole whilemachine is in operation.

*Begin 45 minutes to 1 hour before serving time.

*Fill the reservoirs until the max line, approximately 2 gallons.

*If using alcohol, the freezing process will be affected. There should not be morethan 25% alcohol in any mixture.

NOTE: Do not attempt to freeze plain water, it will cause SEVERE DAMAGE tothe machine.

*Put lid on reservoir.

*Tum all switches to the on position. See unit diagram for unit you are renting.

*It will be approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour until the mixture is ready to beserved.

*Dispense the product by gently pulling the faucet knob.

NOTE: DO NOT attempt to disassemble. But clean machine by flushing waterthrough reservoir and faucet knob.

*Slush mixture: 1 gallon makes 5 gallons.
