The wooden bee table is great for putting in packages, put the queen in and open the package box, set it on the table and the girls will walk right in! YELLOW TABS
Yellow Tabs. Use on AZ frames to put into Langstoth hives to have the bees build on so you can transition them into your AZ Hive, very handy. You will need 2 per frame. The tabs do not go to the ends so you need to add a ¼” shim to each side. Price .65 cents each HIVE TOOL
This hive tool is used to clean the bottom of the AZ hive. Take out the bottom board under the bottom deep and scrape out the debris or clean from the front. PRICE $22 SMOKE STICKS
Smoke Sticks. I love these! Very easy to use and they stay smoking til the end! With the AZ Hive you do not need much smoke as it stays contained within the hive so these are perfect. Price $22 w/wire holder, 11 sticks for $5 (does not include the wire holder) WITH HOLDER $8
BACK SCREEN WITH FRAME OR INSERT ONLY
Back Screen Window. Each AZ Hive comes with two windows, one with a feeder and one without. When using the 3 bottle feeder you will need to reverse the two back windows to make room for the bottles in order to close the back door. You may want an extra window to use when cleaning the feeder window or you may not want the feeder window on top deep. EXTRA FRAMES
Extra Frames, foundationless, needed when you take out honey frames or do a split. Price $2 ea Check out below and see the difference between a Langstroth frame and an AZ frame. You can use Langstroth foundations in the AZ frame but you need to cut the length and there will be about an inch on top or on bottom that is empty. The bees will take care of this.
