CS550 Duplex Centre SurfaceThe CS550 machine is compact and versatile,

often chosen for narrow slit width work.

Configured for minimum gap and centre

surface rewinding it is capable of slitting

most self-adhesive tapes, papers, films, and

laminates. Access to the rewind is to the front

and side of the machine.

CS1200 Simplex Centre SurfaceThe CS1200 machine is compact and versatile

and used for salvage – rewinding applications.

The machine can be configured to wind on

the front or top of the drum. Available with

crush and shear slitting a bowed roll is used

to separate the slit strips before rewinding.

The slitting section is normally located very close to the rewind drum

providing slit strip support, eliminating stretch or lateral material movement

during rewinding. This enables you to rewind large diameter or narrow rolls

of material without damaging or stretching the web.

CS600 Duplex Centre SurfaceThe CS600 machine is a robust unit capable

of running material up to 1300mm/50” wide.

Configured for minimum gap and centre

surface rewinding it is capable of slitting most

self-adhesive tapes , laminates, coated and

plain papers. Access to the rewind is in front

of the machine.

often chosen for pressure sensitive products,

paper and non-woven materials. The large

rewind capacity, delicate nip control and high

speed capability, make this unit suitable for

most manufacturing operations.

CS850 Duplex Centre SurfaceThe CS850 machine is robust and versatile,

capable of slitting most laminates, coated and

pressure sensitive products. Configured for

minimum gap and centre surface rewinding it

has cantilevered and / or removable rewind

shafts.

We are the market leaders in Centre Surface rewinding technology which

is suitable for processing materials that are typically difficult to rewind such

as silicon coated products, pressure sensitive laminates and low tensile

strength materials.

The rewind tension is achieved by controlling the combination of rewind

shaft torque and contact pressure with the driven rewind drum. Most

models also have the option to run in minimum gap / pure centre wind

mode.
