Introduction• This study about the relationship between work
environment and job satisfaction among staff • This study was conducted at Pejabat Tanah and
Jajahan Pasir puteh.• Good working environment can give fun to the
workers and the same time can increase their performance as well .
• Job satisfation also can be defined as a “self-reported positive emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one`s job or from job experiences” (Austin, 2007).
• Statement of Problem• Stress in the work environment will impact the job
satisfaction• This study is identify the relationship work
environment with job satisfaction among staff.
• Research Objectives• To discover the relationship between work
environment and job satisfaction among the staff.• To determine what type of work environment this
will effect on the job satisfaction among the staff
• Research Question• What is the relationship of work environment
towards job satisfaction?• Which of the work environment factors that can
contributes most to increase the job satisfactions?
• Significant of study • Many factors effect in the work environment but
only focus in the physical setting and healthy environment
• Scope of study• Examined only staff at Pejabat Tanah and jajahan
pasir puteh.

• Research design• using correlational type • to examine the relationship between independent
variable (work environment) and dependent variable (Job satisfaction)
• Sampling Frame • All the staff at Pejabat Tanah and Jajahan pasir
Puteh.• Population• 70 staff work in this company.
• Sampling Technique• Simple Random Sampling • Each member of the population has an equal and
independent chance of being selected to be part of the sample
• Sample size• 40 respondents has participants in this study
• Unit of Analysis• Consist of female and male employees at Pejabat
Tanah and Jajahan Pasir puteh.
• Instrument• distributing the questionnaire• Divided to four section
• Validity of instrument• Content validity is used to measure how well the
item represent the entry universe of item• Discussion with my supervisor
• Data Collection Procedure• The data of this study was collected using
questionnaires

CONCLUSION
• There is positives relationship between work environment with job satisfaction between staff
• It can see from the result in question 1 that show that there has a fair degree relationship between work environment and job satisfaction.
RECOMMENDATION
• The organizations should improve their facilities in organization.
• The organization should cover their staff with medical insurance.
• use the 360 degree feedback• courage their staff involves in outdoor
activities.
